Setting up the appointment online was a breeze--even though we're in a different county (we live in Utah County, and the company is based in Salt Lake County), they were able to send someone promptly and get it all taken care of. Jesse arrived at the appointed time, and was professional, courteous, and respectful in every way. Couldn't be happier with the service and the warranty.     I came home from work and the garage door wouldn't open. After going inside I discovered one of the springs was broken. My friend Jon had just had a new opener from Precision and he gave me the number. I called at 2:30 for an appointment and Jeremy got here at 3:35 and replaced two springs, all the rollers and the bearings with a lifetime warranty and was done at 4:45. Needless to say, I was very pleased with the quick response and good work of the installation that was done. Jeremy was very informative to all the questions I had and I am a satisfied customer.
