Setting up appointment was really easy. Follow-up before appointment was great - but sometimes the office did not respond to voicemails. Jon Ferreira - our technician - was really great. He was very open to show us the issues he was seeing and the options available. He did not push - was very professional in his work to install new spring and bearings. Work was timely completed and glad to have it behind us.

Alex did a great job for us. He was on time, courteous, efficient and went above the call by taking care of our broken spring and tuning up our garage door as if it was on his own house. I will definitely keep Precision in my contacts as my garage guys!

Trevor was knowledgeable and easy going. He also informed me of parts that should be replaced when I can budget it.

The technician was punctual, friendly, skilled, knowledgeable, and communicated the problems and options to me. He gave me the information I needed to make the best decision. Then did the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after the job. 7 months ago I left the review above and could not find out how to leave another 5 star review so I will add it to my first review. I had a problem with my garage door opener. Josh Stone who fixed my opener months ago left me his business card. When my opener would not work I called his cell phone in the evening after hours. After more than an hour on the phone and texting pictures he helped me fix the door myself. He was absolutely amazing and I so appreciated his help and patience as he worked through the problem.
