    My five star rating is solely for the wonderful technician, Ryan. He arrived and immediately saw what I had done to my door while I was messing around trying to fix my keypad. He was quickly identified the actual problem, a bad keypad. The only redeeming thing there is it wasn’t my fault I couldn’t fix it. Ryan loved my lab puppy. That gets 5 stars as well. Here is where Precision gets one star. I called in because I couldn’t get my door to close at all. I had to disconnect it. I was on hold for quite some time with THE WORST hold music I have ever been subjected to. It is a jingle about Precision and no option to stop it or get a call back. Then the wait was long with that music and once I got through, I was agitated and the person on the other end lacked any empathy for my situation and basically told me nothing to do but wait 3 days for a technician appointment. Back to Ryan. Fantastic 5-star service.

    Jesse Magana came out to perform a tune-up on our garage doors (2). He called before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He was very pleasant, efficient, and thorough in checking everything out (all good) and lubricating the hinges. The whole process took under an hour. He also showed me how to replace the batteries on the wireless keypad (and went ahead and changed out the batteries while he was at it). He answered the few other questions i had for my own knowledge, as well. I was very happy with the service and would definitely call Precision Garage Door again if I have any future problems or questions.
