The spring on our garage door was broken, and we couldn’t open it. My husband called first thing this morning - on a Saturday - and by 2 pm the service technician, Josh, was at our home to take a look. He diagnosed the problem, outlined the repairs and costs, and had everything repaired, including a new opener, by 5 pm. We would *highly* recommend Precision Door if you need help with your garage door.

Great service and a nice guy. Josh was able to get our problem solved quickly, and not only give us a great quote on another job but do it right then, despite his very long day. Nice change from other vendors/services.

I could not open my garage door from my outside pad nor could I figure out how to change the battery as I thought this was the problem so I called precision garage door for help. To my astonishment, they not only told me what I needed to do but they made an appointment for their technician to come out that same day and fix my problem. I personally was unable to fix it, but he was wonderful. He came out, fixed it in about 30 minutes, showed me what to do in the future and assured me that all would be well. But most of all he checked my entire door oiled what needed to be oiled told me how to reprogram my door opener pad if necessary and was most helpful explaining everything that he did for me. I found it very unusual that they could come out the same day and get me taken care of the same day at what I thought was a very reasonable price. Initially called for a repair on a broken spring. Upon arrival Jon F was pointed out causes of our issue (Poor repair done by another company) and then provided us with 3 different solutions. Ended up replacing the spring, rollers, bearing, and motor. Jon was very efficient in his work and completed everything within 2 hours upon arrival. Overall we are very pleased and would recommend both Jon and Precision.

Came the same day, had it fixed in two hours. Alexander was professional and courteous. Would recommend Precision for your garage door needs!
