Jesse was amazing. He lived up to my high expectations for quality work, and he was very clear about what was needed and why. Then he let me watch because I like to see what is being done. The price was fair and the work topnotch. Do be patient if you call the toll free number they will eventually get to you. But once you have the tech number you can call or text easily.

My service on August 10, 2026 was the first time I used Precision. I had my garage doors serviced by technician Jeramy Evans. He let me know when he was 30 minutes away. He was 10 times more thorough inspecting and assessing problems than the company I have used for annual service that installed the door 6 years ago when I built the house. My large double door has always been loud and vibrates. Jeramy found a problem, explained it in detail to me and with my approval, fixed it. My door is now extremely smoother and more quiet. I'm so happy! This could have gone on to cause bigger and more costly issues. He also connected my remote to my car. It took him one or two minutes and meant soooo much to me!!! I have his card next to my garage opener in the garage and I will definitely ask for him back next time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Precision Garage Door of SLC! We called because we needed the motor replaced on our garage door opener, and they were able to come out the very same day. Jesse and his partner arrived on time, were incredibly friendly and professional, and truly went above and beyond with their customer service. Jesse took the time to explain everything to us and personally walked me through how to use our new garage door motor and the app for the security system. I really appreciated his patience and the fact that he made sure I understood everything before they left. What impressed us even more was that they didn’t just replace the motor and call it done. Even though they were not installing new tracks, Jesse carefully checked the tracks and all of the moving parts to make sure everything was positioned and working correctly. He noticed a few things that needed attention and took care of those for us as well. That extra effort meant a lot to us. Jesse and his partner were also very fair with the price. We are seniors living on a fixed income, and they worked with us in a way that made the repair affordable. We truly appreciate the kindness and consideration they showed us. It is becoming harder to find this level of customer service. Jesse and his partner made us feel like they genuinely cared about doing the job right and taking care of their customers. We are extremely grateful for everything they did. Precision Garage Door has earned our trust, and they will always be the company we call whenever we need garage door service in the future.
