I have been using Precision Door Service for repairs since 2007. When they say lifetime warranty they mean it, there’s no “catch” as often there is with lifetime warranties. The last 3 times I have had Josh Stone come out to replace a broken torsion spring and each time the parts and service were at no cost. Today he took the extra step and replaced the rollers that hadn’t been replaced since the initial call back in 2007. Having the warranty saved me close to $1400 today. My garage door is close to 30 years old and runs up and down as if it was new. Josh Stone was on time, explained everything to me and was very professional in his work and attitude. I will recommend Josh and Precision Door Service any day.
