Travis Hunter was excellent from start to finish on my garage door service. He arrived right on time, walked me through everything, and replaced the garage door in a few hours. He worked efficiently and with care. Precision garage door makes it easy to get things done quickly. The whole experience was smooth. Ryan Neville did an awesome job with my garage door tune-up. He was prompt, thorough, gave me pointers on what needed to be done and his recommendations. He did things in a very timely and professional manner. He was trustworthy, honest, reliable, and did a great job. My garage door had a disagreement with my car that left an ugly dent in the bottom panel. Precision sent Alex and now no one knows about the incident. He did a perfect repair that didn't require replacing the whole garage door. As my garage door is about 20 years old, he gave me choices on what he could do to extend its life. And he did not pressure me to take the most expensive option. And I didn't, choosing the repair that best suited my budget. Later, the garage door opening and closing seemed noisey so I called and out came Jesse. He explained the operation of the door and the what the repair Alex had accomplished had done to mitigate the damage. He did this as a continuation of the repair without charging me while taking time to lubricate the "joints." Now, while the door still makes a noise, it is more quiet which pleases my neighbors. I have Precision on speed dial for all my garage door needs.

Setting up appointment was really easy. Follow-up before appointment was great - but sometimes the office did not respond to voicemails. Jon Ferreira - our technician - was really great. He was very open to show us the issues he was seeing and the options available. He did not push - was very professional in his work to install new spring and bearings. Work was timely completed and glad to have it behind us.

My tech was Jeremy. Super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered a detailed solution. He stepped me thru his entire repair process, then once I decided to proceed, he executed the repair efficiently and thoroughly. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, in fact I have been using them for the past 15 years. Well done Jeremy, thanks for the outstanding service!
