Michael came out to give me a quote, explained the process and even put a design of what I wanted together for me so I could see how it would look. Took measurements, wasn’t pushy or trying to sell me stuff I didn’t need. Measured and said it would be done before Thanksgiving. Excellent communication, updates every couple of weeks to let me know what was going on. On day of install I received notification of who was coming and the timeframe which was much appreciated. Kodee was amazing arrived on time and started as soon as he got here. Kodee was very thorough and answered my questions prior to install, and even cleaned up! Again much appreciated. Color match was perfect and my door looks great. Thank you

Precision has helped me out multiple times! Josh the tech is great. He is on time, does he what he says he will. Cleans up after the job. On time. Probably should price shop, but the level of service outweighs any doubt I may have.

Jeremy was kind and knowledgeable. Explained the needed repairs and gave me a few options on how to deal with the repairs. Explained how to make a payment arrangement. Repairs were pretty expensive but he walked me though it.

We moved into a new builder grade home 6 months ago and the garage door has been super loud and creaky. After a quick tune up and replacing our wheels it’s damn near silent, super happy with these guys!
