After 29 years in our home, we decided to replace our standard, uninsulated garage doors. We have a three car garage so we replaced double and single wide doors. We are very pleased with the entire process. The sales person, Michael showed up on time as expected. He was very good to work with. He helped us decide the best doors for our home. We wanted insulated doors with windows and decorative hardware. We looked at color samples, picking the one that most closely matched our stucco. We discussed the best lift for our doors. We gave a deposit and waited approximately 4-4 1/2 weeks for the install. The install was done by Kodee. I was amazed that he could do the entire job in about 6-7 hours. He removed the existing doors and lifts and then proceeded to install two new doors and lifts. He did an excellent job. We are very pleased with Precision Garage Doors and recommend them to anyone who’s looking for new garage doors.

Unfortunately w head to replace our garage door opener as it was no longer opening consistently when using our remotes, even after adding new batteries, reprogramming and even buying new ones. Given the opener was close to 15 years old, we were told this is just what happens as they age. Jeramy Evans came to our home as our Tech the same day we scheduled to have it looked at. He provided multiple options and quotes on a replacement. After taking a day to decide, he came back on less than a days notice and replaced everything in about an hour. Jeramy was great. He was on-time and delivered great service and answered all of our questions.

I called in the morning because I have a keypad that was broken and I needed it replaced or repaired. I got same-day service. The technician was professional did a wonderful job was very friendly and I was so happy I would recommend precision to anyone.
