He did an outstanding job replacing my broken spring and walked me through every step of the repair process. Jesse clearly explained the parts, the installation, and what caused the issue, which I really appreciated. He also took great care of my home by wearing slip-on shoe covers every time he went in and out—something small but very professional. Jesse lubed and tuned everything, inspected the whole system, and recommended a few parts that should be updated since they were originally installed in 2003. His knowledge and attention to detail were obvious throughout the visit. Jesse was extremely informative, gave me excellent tips on maintaining my garage door, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. My garage door looks and functions like new again. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend Jesse and Precision Garage Door!

Michael came out to give me a quote, explained the process and even put a design of what I wanted together for me so I could see how it would look. Took measurements, wasn’t pushy or trying to sell me stuff I didn’t need. Measured and said it would be done before Thanksgiving. Excellent communication, updates every couple of weeks to let me know what was going on. On day of install I received notification of who was coming and the timeframe which was much appreciated. Kodee was amazing arrived on time and started as soon as he got here. Kodee was very thorough and answered my questions prior to install, and even cleaned up! Again much appreciated. Color match was perfect and my door looks great. Thank you
