I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that they could come out and check my garage door on the same day I called, not only that, it was just an hour later that they were at my door! They were polite, knowledgeable, and helpful when it came to figuring out how to proceed with payment options. Garage doors are not inexpensive to fix and mine needed several things replaced. These people were the second call I had placed, the first company didn’t call back and then after I called and they said that I had mistaken the appointment time…when the new appointment time rolled around, they called and said they had a problem with not having enough technicians…so, there you go! I made the call and i’m very glad I did, you know what they say…there are no accidents!

The technician Trevor Cullens was very professional, polite, and highly skilled at fixing our garage door. He also tested it several times to make sure the fix worked.

Jesse was great! Friendly, our dog Lucy loves him! Fixed the problem expeditiously and even programmed my new Tesla to sync with the garage door opener! Talk about service!!

I reached out (and visited) 3 different garage door companies in the SLC area. Precision was the only one to send a representative which was beyond helpful. Michael, my sales rep, identified that I really needed to have 2 more inches on the width of the garage to help with sealing. Neither of the other two companies offer home visits. Also, he had all the samples with him so I could see it up against my house. The kicker was that when I received a bid from another dealer with the exact same configuration, their bid was quite a bit higher. So the sales experience was 5 star THEN installation...the gentleman who installed the garage was professional, easy to work with, cleaned up after himself, explained all the functionality. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for a new/replacement garage. Raving fan! PSA: I chose to pay for higher end hardware which comes with a lifetime warranty. My old garage spring broke at one point, and the visit itself is at least $100 plus parts. Great add-on if you're planning to be at your home for a number of years.
