Had a super positive experience with Precision Garage Door today. Our garage door broke this morning and within an hour we had an appt for same-day repair. Ryan was professional, friendly, and helpful. He evaluated the situation and gave us three repair options, depending on how much we wanted to spend. Wasn’t pushy at all. Accepted our decision and made the repair quickly. Even lubricated our other garage doors for no cost. We’ll be reaching out to them for future garage door needs.

Online booking was easy with many choices of dates and times to choose from. I was able to book an appointment for the next day. Friendly and knowledgable phone staff when I contacted the company with a question. A human answered the phone which was such a nice change from the norm now. Appointment reminders and heads up texts were emailed and texted to me which is always a good thing for me😄 The technician, Josh, was on time and friendly, diagnosed our problem, and had parts the next day. Josh and Ryan fixed our old scary garage door in a couple hours. Many jobs I’ve hired out for this last year have dragged on and on. Not this one. Well done Precision!
