We recently replaced our old garage door with Precision. We had a great overall experience. The staff was patient and gave us quotes on many options. The installation was quick and they hauled out old door. Everything was very easy. We were very happy with the service, communication, and the quality of the door so far.

My garage door had a disagreement with my car that left an ugly dent in the bottom panel. Precision sent Alex and now no one knows about the incident. He did a perfect repair that didn't require replacing the whole garage door. As my garage door is about 20 years old, he gave me choices on what he could do to extend its life. And he did not pressure me to take the most expensive option. And I didn't, choosing the repair that best suited my budget. Later, the garage door opening and closing seemed noisey so I called and out came Jesse. He explained the operation of the door and the what the repair Alex had accomplished had done to mitigate the damage. He did this as a continuation of the repair without charging me while taking time to lubricate the "joints." Now, while the door still makes a noise, it is more quiet which pleases my neighbors. I have Precision on speed dial for all my garage door needs.
