Josh Stone was our service technician today, and arrived at the appointed time he had told us he would be here. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, diagnosing both of our garage doors and the concerns we had with the double car door. He serviced both doors and replaced the springs and bearings on the double car door to make it run smoothly. He was very professional in completing the work that was needed.

Trevor did a spring replacement on my garage door and tune up in July 2024. I called him because my garage door was not going down completely. He did trouble shooting over the phone and it now works. This morning he came out to check and make sure the door was functioning correctly. I love Precision Door customer service. Trevor is professional and honest.
