Jon, Was my installer to change our overhead garage door open from an overhead to a side drive mounted motor. This allowed us to raise the rails and give more ceiling clearance so we can add a car lift to be able to park two corvette in the single garage bay. the work was performed flawlessly and the motor is quieter and faster, We just love it ! Precision offered a $29.95 tune up where they inspected, lubed and adjusted my door. Jesse Magna was the technician and did a great job. He explained the current condition of the door and told me what I can expect going forward. Well worth the cost of the tune up.
