Precision offered a $29.95 tune up where they inspected, lubed and adjusted my door. Jesse Magna was the technician and did a great job. He explained the current condition of the door and told me what I can expect going forward. Well worth the cost of the tune up.

Josh Stone was my dispatched Senior Technician. Garage door system had a broken spring. Josh provided a thorough inspection. Clearly explained what was needed, why it was needed, and itemized the quote. He got to work and completed the job quickly getting the garage door operating quickly, and even more quietly than before. Thanks again Josh.

Trevor was great. He showed us where we need to make sure we oil all the areas of the door. Explained that the springs would need to be replaced and an estimate of the cost, was not pushing us too do it today. It could wait until we could afford it this fall!!
