Ryan was prompt, clearly explained what had happened and broken, and completed the garage door repairs very satisfactorily. Both doors work so much better now and are quieter in operation. And they don't slam down like they used to. Ryan got everything working well and I'm so happy they work so well.

I believe my garage door was installed by A+ Garage Doors in 2004. They came for annual maintenance last year and said I needed to replace my motor for $2,000 or better yet my door for $4,000. I decided to wait and see. So four months later, yes the motor failed (the gear literally broke). Wanting a second opinion, Precision was my second call and I was happy to learn they had an operator who was good at her job. She said someone would arrive between 2 and 6 the same day and took down all of my information accurately without me needing to repeat myself. A few minutes later, I was notified that Alex was 20 minutes away. Alex arrived and told me that my door was in great shape and did not need to be replaced. He also noted that the current motor and mechanism were hard on the door with an unnecessary hockey-stick shaped motor arm and the motor going full power. This also makes opening and closing the garage very loud. The motor arm was inappropriate because I have a 1940 garage that is relatively low clearance so it is a dual track instead of a single track. Alex gave me three options with the base being $1,000 and him telling me that the two better options were bells and whistles like video. I chose the base and he was done in less than two hours. The door is now almost silent and we also got our keypad working again. I wish every service interaction was this ideal. Great work!

Jesse Magana came out immediately after I called for help. Same day! My key pad stopped working from age and he was able to replace it for me. But more importantly he was able to perform a tune up and wheel replacement that I had neglected for way too long. It was causing my garage door start to show bad wear and he was able to get it back into great condition at a competitive rate. Thank you Jesse!
