We had a broken mainspring on our garage door and Jesse M. from Precision Door did a fantastic job fixing it. Setting up the appointment online was a breeze--even though we're in a different county (we live in Utah County, and the company is based in Salt Lake County), they were able to send someone promptly and get it all taken care of. Jesse arrived at the appointed time, and was professional, courteous, and respectful in every way. Couldn't be happier with the service and the warranty. The door works again, and is SO much quieter than it was before, as well. Great work!

I want to thank Jesse Magana from Precision Garage Door Service! I saw their ad for $30 tune-ups and had to jump! Jesse arrived on time and had a very bright personality and was super helpful and friendly. He found a couple small issues that were easily addressed including some lubrication and adjusted a sensor bracket. He also adjusted the tension on the spring to balance the door a bit better. He answered a lot of questions and gave me some things to look out for. Very helpful and will be in touch with him again when needed.
