We just had our garage door and opener upgraded and we are thrilled with the result! Michael Tryon did a fantastic job of providing us with an array of options that covered exactly what we were looking for and did a great job of helping us through the design process by answering all of our questions. Spencer Olsen did an incredible job of working around our schedule to get the door installed, looking amazing, and functioning flawlessly; and he walked us through all of the great new features and answered all of our questions. The entire process went spectacularly!

Jon was polite and efficient. He made a quick and thorough inspection of all the door parts. He gave me options for the repair and maintenance of the door system. I would have given a five rating, but I thought the pricing was a little high. I would have got another bid, but the spring was broken and I could not get in or out of the garage.

From my first call onward, Precision garage door repair was responsive and timely! They came out next day! Trevor was knowledgeable and presented all options clearly and without any sales push. That I so appreciate. He immediately emailed the options for both my husband and I to check then patiently waited for us to discuss. He quoted a time frame for repairs and completed it on time! They are professional and fair. Our garage door has never sounded better!

The garages was fixed but the repairs were too expensive in my opinion. It was hard to compare but the door was fixed. The springs and bearings were the expense part of the door besides the door. But it had to be done according to the technician. He was very pleasant fo have in my garage doing the work. I would trust the repairs were needed.
