I called precision to fix my garage door. I was very impressed. Jesse called to let me know when he was coming which was nice because we didn’t need to wait around all day. The office staff sent us his picture so we knew who to expect at the door. Jesse is fast and reliable.

Jeramy Evans came and inspected our door for a fault trolley. We knew our components were old, he showed us damages we never saw and we realized we had some larger issues. He was kind and explained our options and tweaked what we needed/wanted done. Finished the job quickly and cleaned up afterwards.

He also took great care of my home by wearing slip-on shoe covers every time he went in and out—something small but very professional. Jesse lubed and tuned everything, inspected the whole system, and recommended a few parts that should be updated since they were originally installed in 2003. His knowledge and attention to detail were obvious throughout the visit. Jesse was extremely informative, gave me excellent tips on maintaining my garage door, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. My garage door was 30+ years old. It still worked out but was noisy and out of alignment. Alex, replaced everything but the door itself. He spent most of the day and was pleasant and accommodating. Good experience.Fair price.
