Ryan Neville was my Technician and he was extremely professional. Came out in the morning and fixed the issue I was having with my garage door. Ryan adjusted the track and by doing so exposed a nail that had previously not created a problem. Before he left, the garage door was working great. However, by that afternoon the garage door was getting hung on that nail. I couldn’t figure out what was happening. He drove 45 minutes back across town to diagnose the problem and make it right. This was at the end of his day so he could have easily pushed me to the following day, but didn’t. The people you hire are the face of your company. I will be using Precision Garage Door SLC again because of Ryan Neville.
