Our spring broke. It was old. Justin Collier came the same day that we called. He had also installed an opener for us earlier. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and an expert in his field. Great service and craftsmanship.

He shows you all the parts he is replacing and shows you the new parts. I was shown the estimate of the work and wasn’t pressured to purchase anything that I didn’t need. Precision Garage Door Service is my go to for anything garage door related. These guys perform great work, are professional and knowledgeable! Every time I have had them do work on my door, they do a very complete and thorough job! The work they perform is very clean and professional. I had Bryan this time and he was very knowledgable and did a great job. I had the full tune up performed as my spring broke but the price difference between replacing just the springs and all the other parts was negligable in my book. I took the peace of mind route and had everything replaced for the longevity of the door and its components.

Sean Young was prompt and courteous. I had many questions about the service provided. His responses were clear and to the point. He reinstalled the bottom garage door seal successfully. Also a new Liftmaster garage door opener was installed. There was a minor issue with the opener install. But the issue was resolved and I am pleased when the install was done. Overall I am quite satisfied with Sean’s workmanship.

I selected Precision Garage Door two years ago to repair my garage door and today I discovered my select was the BEST. My garage door lock failed and I called Precision to fix the door yet again only to find out that I have a 5-year warranty that covered the repair. Precision came out to fix the lock the same day I called and at NO COST to me. THANK YOU, Precision, for standing behind your warranty.

Cade Marcell was our assigned technician. He called 15 min before scheduled appointment to let me know he was on the way. He replaced 2 springs and all the rollers for main door. Also checked all working parts, and made sure everything was functioning correctly. Work was completed in an hours time. Very professional! Highly Recommend!!!

Matt was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We had service within 24 hours of calling, and a complete replacement for an old, tired system. (The motor no longer worked, and the door was frozen shut.) We could not be more pleased.

And continued to keep us updated on status, arrival time, etc. Chris, the technician, was courteous and helpful in assisting us. They are the absolutely customer focused which is a lost trait!

We are so happy with Precision! Our original garage door needed replacement and Precision was able to get out within a day of first contact for a bid. We were able to have the garage door installed about 3 weeks after paying the initial deposit, and the installation of the door, track, rollers, and new belt-fed opener only took about 2 hours. Everyone we've dealt with has been amazing and the prices were very reasonable.

Ed was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! I couldn't make my appointment at the last minute, but he helped me resolve my issue over the phone. I am so glad to have bought garage door openers from Precision because of technicians like Ed!

I have a garage door installed by Norman overhead door It broke yesterday as I was coming in It was after hours so I waited til this morning to call for help - my car thankfully was outside in case of emergency! To my disappointment I was told they cannot come to fix THEIR door until tomorrow! I said O No I will try to find someone else and was told OK! I called Precision at 8:30 they had a tech out at 10:00 ! Their competitors door is back in service! The tech did a wonderful job was very courteous left with assuring me if I had any problem please call them! If you want SERVICE when you need it a purchase or repair PLEASE call PRECISION DOOR you will never regret it!

They installed our garage door 2 years ago, and they were magnificent. The set up was clean, orderly, and efficient. They made sure all the controls were done correctly and the outside keypads too Now... there was an obscure beeping. Joe Igla analyzed all the symptoms... difficult when the doors were still operating corectly. What can I adjust replace? The battery. While the doors operate on line voltage, they still have rechargeable batteries to keep the programming in case of a power outage. Success! Good analysis!

Our garage door spring broke (after a short 6-year life) - Precision was able to quickly respond and repair the door. The repair technician (Braxton) called ahead, arrived early and professionally communicated what needed to be done and what should be done to prevent future issues (i.e. replace the cheap builder grade components that were failing). His work is excellent and the door operates better than new, smoother and quieter.

Precision stands behind their service. We had a very intermittent issue with the garage door not opening completely. The first technician made a repair that clearly was needed. However, this did not resolve the issue. A call to Precision resulted in a second visit with the technician spending nearly an hour checking the door, all mechanical processes, and the door opener unit. He found and resolved an additional problem with a broken hinge. There were not no charges for this extended visit.

When our garage door spring suddenly broke I called Precision Door and they were there within 2 hours. It was 5:00 pm and most places were closed for the day. Justin Byers, the technician, was very professional and friendly and he got our door fixed quickly. I highly recommend Precision Door!

I was upset because of breakdown of outside pad breaking down a called several times a talked an no one responded until today. This is 2nd time for repair and first one had to be replaced.

Two handsome, capable, polite, and highly trained young men (Precision garage door technicians) responded to my request for service today. The lead man, Kason, with his trusty assistant, Albert, inspected, diagnosed, and rectified our problem quickly. Kason also lubricated the door rollers and they were off to the next job. Let's give these lads a raise, or at the very least some praise.

The programming for the various openers ceased functioning. After I called for service I received a call from Bill, the supervisor who was in the neighborhood. He responded quickly and was able to reset the programming for all of the control units and was very generous with his fee. Precision installed the opener. We are very pleased with both the install (in 2021) and the prompt service when called. We will use them again when we install a second opener in our garage. The young lady that took my service request call was friendly, prompt in her actions, and was pleasant to speak to. Good company, excellent service.

These guys from Precision doors we're fantastic.They we're here the next day after my garage door came tumbling down.They replaced everything,the springs ,rollers,shaft,and the vertical railing.Everything is set up the way its suppose to be.Highly recommend!!Great job!!!

Great communication in all areas - initial call; appointment confirmation; the door works perfectly and very quiet as in silent; notified tech was on his way; tech confirmed with a text; get the idea - excellent in all areas!!! Shane was very patient and very thorough in explaining the operation and equipment installed (basically a rebuild of a 30 year old garage door opening system that had not been serviced in a VERY LONG TIME) and a very fast worker. Based on my experience I do not hesitate to recommend this company.

Great experience from sale to installation. Paul (sales) was on time, had great questions and suggestions and the price estimate was reasonable. Installation was smooth - Tim was the installer and he was awesome - great sense of humor too. Tim put up with my questions, and after the install, he walked me through general maintenance, and how to use my fancy new key pad and wireless opener. I 100% recommend Precision Door.

The Technician seemed very knowledgeable about his duties of the problem that we had. He did give information regarding replacement parts and also regarding replacement of a full door with prices on both options for me to discuss with my husband. He was very courteous when introducing himself and his company.

A different company set me up for an appointment for Monday 4/22 with a 5 hour service window (1 to 6). About 2, got a call asking to reschedule. I canceled and began looking for a different company. Luckily, I found Precision. I was able to get a 4 to 6 appointment THE SAME DAY!! Even better, you sent Jameson Leach. You have a real winner in him. He was wonderful!! Extremely competent and very pleasant. We are very pleased.

Vary fast and professional service

Antonio did a fantastic job explaining what had caused the wear and tear on our garage door operator! He also showed me exactly how to help maintain our current parts after making a quick set of repairs on a base service package for our 2 doors. This is our second time using a Neighborly company and will certainly be calling them for future services.
