Cade Marcell was our assigned technician. He called 15 min before scheduled appointment to let me know he was on the way. He replaced 2 springs and all the rollers for main door. Also checked all working parts, and made sure everything was functioning correctly. Work was completed in an hours time. Very professional! Highly Recommend!!!

The damage to our garage door was due to an attempted break in. Precision was recommended to us, we are completely satisfied with the entire process. The damage occurred on Wednesday, the new door, and opener installation was completed on Friday @ 4:30.

I had previously had my one of my 2 doors repaired with Precision. Based on that previous positive experience, I didn't need to roll the dice with any other company. The technician alerted me of his arrival time, explained my various options and pricing. This made the decision much easier. Drew was my tech. He was awesome. I was surprised at the speed and efficiency he worked. He completed a job that I imagined would take 2 men. Very impressed and pleased with the whole experience.

Door quality is excellent. However, 3x techs have come out but problems still exist. Yes, uneven garage floTCor is evident. One tech alluded to this being a common problem, but we still have excess spacing on right side and bottom. Bandaid fixes are not lasting more than 24 hours. Flooring was not checked beforehand, otherwise we might not have replaced but only repaired. Now we are stuck with door that looks bad from the street.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am sorry we have not been able to come to a solution that you are satisfied with. We attempted adjusting the door multiple times and gave you a thicker seal to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, with the condition or your concrete we are not able to completely close the gap you are referring to without jeopardizing the safety and longevity of your garage door. If the concrete is leveled or fixed, please let us know and I would be happy to have someone come out and adjust the door at no charge.

Our garage door was damaged around 7 o’clock one evening. We were unable to get the door open to get our vehicles out. I called Precision around 8pm. They said they would have a technician out around 10am the next morning. David Stubbs arrived early. We needed a new door. David was able to free the broken door, so we could get our vehicles out. Acoya Herron installed our new door a couple of days ago. We also purchased a new opener with the door. Acoya showed up on time and did a great job with the install. I highly recommend Precision for all of your garage door needs.

Drew Bates was an excellent technician. He called on his way and arrived early. He quickly diagnosed my problem with my garage door and explained what he would do to fix it. He answered all my questions and showed me the cost for the work before he started. I was impressed with his skill and knowledge. He was very courteous and efficient. Everything he needed was already in his truck. Based on my experience with Drew Bates and the quick response from Precision (on a Saturday), I will now call on Precision for any future garage door work. I basically chose Precision because they could come out first thing the next morning. I had also seen their commercials they came to mind right away. I had come home at 5 to find my garage door with a broken spring and I could not lift by myself. Called a couple door company's and Precision could come out between 8 and 12 the next day. Thankfully they came out at 8 and by 9 were done, replacing 2 springs and a bearing.
