You folks are really GREAT!!! You should be a model for what customer service is all about. I've been using your company for many years and have never been dissatisfied in the least. No long delays when calling you, no long auto-attendant queues, always courteous and helpful phone personnel. You confirm everything multiple ways like email and texts, you send pictures of your service staff, they call you in advance and are very helpful and efficient. Thei last time Sean did a super job but I'm sure he's just one of your great employees.

Same day service with effective, courteous technician (David) and reasonable price.

Paul, our technician, was courteous, knowledgeable and straight forward. It was a pleasure to meet with him. I was able to schedule my appointment the same day. Paul arrived early after calling to make sure it was alright and was completely prepared to fix the problem without having to get extra parts. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

While service was excellent the price was over the top. Only had it completed because they were on site and felt committed. Will not consider them in the future

They are a great company to deal with, as I had to get to an appointment and could not open the garage door due to a broken spring. They were kind enough to send over some guys to open my garage door by hand so I could leave. Later that day, John the tech, came to replace the spring in the door and all is good now. They went above and beyond with the service, and they will have my business in the future.

Rob’s service was excellent. On time, quickly diagnosed the problem and we were back in business. I would recommend Rob ( he repaired our garage spring several years ago and remembered the job ) and Precision highly. Thank you.

I was very surprised when I found out that it would be Anthony Wise who would be replacing my automatic garage door closer. He was the technician who had installed it many many years ago. Anthony did a great job and had a new closing unit installed in no time. Also Precision was able to send him out the very same day that I called in with my problem. Great job and thank you very much.

I had Tom out to my house to replace our “rod & spring” on our current garage door. After several failed attempts of my own, I had had enough. Tom was extremely professional and knowledgeable which put my mind and stress at ease. Very positive experience and would trust Precision with any future garage door needs that may arise.

Amazing service and workmanship

Opener was not operating correctly -- door opened (with much racket) but would not close without holding the button switch in the garage. Door was older and was hoping for updated parts and adjustments. Sean came an hour after I called to set up an appointment. He diagnosed the problems, replaced all the springs and rollers and other necessary parts, and made the needed adjustments. He couldn't have been nicer. An hour and a half later, door and opener now work as they should. Excellent. Spent more than I wanted, but wasn't sold anything I didn't need. What price good service and good materials? Priceless. Value tbd. determined over time.

Raymond's my new best friend! And their team was great - especially Tony. Great new product, a handful of support as we got used to the new system, and we were guided to exactly what we needed for an older home and not oversold. I saw Precision Garage Door Service on a TV commercial. I had them out in January and had some extensive repair work done on my garage door. One morning when I was pulling out to go to work I bumped one of the Rails and one of the rollers came out of the rail. It had been less than 90 days since their first visit, so they came back and fixed it and didn't charge me a dime. Both of the technicians I worked with were very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We have used Precision Garage Door several times. Each time their represents have been couteous and professional and have solved our problems. The have given complete information on the particular problem . When calling for scheduling an appointment the person handling the call is helpful and courteous. We are always provided an appointment the same day, even on the weekend. We highly recormend Procision.

Karter Sims is an awesome technician! He was knowledgeable, courteous and was concerned about our safety due to the broken plate and springs. I will definitely call Precision Door again and request Karter.

Yesterday, 04/07/24, Precision Garage Door, came to my residence to replace a broken torsion spring. After the tech evaluated the door, besides the torsion spring, he recommended basically all the hardware needed replacement. He advised my 7’ torsion cables really needed replacing and he stated he would cost $310.87 for two wires cables. I checked Home Depot and I can get two cables for under $20.00. He then stated he was not able to use my torsion tube shaft because he was unable to put the torsion springs on the shaft after he attempt to grind down some spots on the torsion tube. The tech asked me if I could get the torsion spring through the shaft in which I got it halfway and hit a high spot. The tech then gave me his Dewalt hand grinder to grind the shaft tub to see if I could get the torsion spring over the rest of the shaft tube. Finally, I had enough and told him I would pay for a new torsion tube shaft even though it was priced at $232.17 which I could get at Home Depot for less than $25.00 as I wanted the tech to finish up and get out my garage. So, as the tech installs the spring over the new torsion tube, he stripped out one the bolts on the left side upper hardware and now has to cut the pipe for the install. You would expect the cut to be 90 degrees but it was a complete hack job. This is a complete joke. I called the dispatch at PGD to see If I could speak with the manager of the tech and was advised someone would call me back. Needless to say, no manager called me back as of this review. The tech did take the price of the torsion tube shaft off the bill but the price of the shaft to begin with was a joke. PGD is overpriced and looking for commission sales. I would not recommend this company.

I originally called Precision in October, 2022 I was satisfied with their performance. This was my reason for calling them again as my garage door was opening but would not close properly The Technician Dave inspected the door and all its parts. He pointed out some issues and felt that correcting them would have the door operate efficiently. I feel confident that the problem has been solved!

Job not complete yet, so I can't give 5 stars; however Chet was awsome. Explained the problems, showed me what I need to know to make an informed decision; gave me a temporary solution until my new door comes and was extremely professional. Also I was very happy to be able to get an appointment for the day that I called.

Used b.efore and was very satisfied

Service was friendly. Told us that cables were frayed and that they had to be replaced. When we asked how much that would be we were told “not much at all”. Cables ended up being $255, which is much more than “not much at all”. After we paid, I asked for the old cables. On inspection I found that the cables were not frayed at all. I’m tired of being taken advantage of by contractors.

I had my garage door repaired by your company about a year ago. Recently, the door became hung and I requested your help to correct the problem. The tech sent was Greg Gray. He was prompt and is very polite and pleasant to be with. He quickly surveyed the situation and fixed the hung door. He checked every component to insure this problem won't return. He deserves this five star review.

I was very pleased with the entire Precision process. The tech explained all of my options and what needed to be done. No hard sell just explanation if the issues and the pros and cons of the options. Tech was extremely knowledgeable!

Precision Door was available to send Jeff B to my house first thing on Saturday morning to fix a broken spring t.hat happened the night before at 6:30 pm. Jeff came out, did a thorough inspection of the door before presenting a very reasonable price to replace 2 four foot torsion springs and a few other parts as well. Jeff completed the job very quickly. He checked everything out when he was done and cleaned up the work area. Based on their quick response and skilled technician, I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Door to anyone needing their services.

The garage door opener failure was unexpected. We called Precision late in the day but were told Mr. Brinkman would come in the evening. My daughter conferred with him every step of the way. He was very profession and after all was installed, he gave my husband and I and our daughter thorough instructions and reviews of the new opener. We appreciate Mr. Brinkman's good humor and patience with our understanding of the new technology.

Our garage door spring broke on a Friday evening. I called several local places but they were unable to come out until med week, which wasn't an option since my car was stuck in the garage. Called Precision and they made an appointment to come out early the next morning. The technicians on the phone were friendly and courteous. Brady arrived right on time and was professional, courteous, and honest. He quickly replaced the spring on our garage door. Highly recommend!

I had a gap in my rubber seal on one side so I called Precision to make an appointment. Richard showed up and asked me what the problem was. As I explained to him that the door on a couple of occasion came down on one of my cars bumper as the car wasn't pulled up far enough and I thought the door might be out of alignment. I asked him to do an assessment as the door was pretty old and the springs had only been replaced once in 20 some years. Richard gave me his worksheet from most needed repairs to the least needed. I chose to take care the most important repairs. Here it is late in the afternoon and he asked me if I wanted to do the work now as he had all the parts necessary or make an appointment a later date. I asked him isn't it getting close for you to get home, I don't want to keep you here after hours and he said no big deal I can be out of here in a couple of hours. So I told him to go ahead and make the repairs. After everything was replaced the gap on the right side was still showing a little so he called on some experts and they walked him through some adjustments. He stuck with it till it was perfect and that made me happy. Richard had good work ethics, was very professional and I'm now glad my door is quit, smooth, and most of all sealed to keep those nasty critters out of my garage.

C. Wilson, III After failing to obtain a local Garage Door Company to provide service for an nonoperational Genie Opener; I called Prevision Garage Door Company, HQ in Pensacola. I was given an appointment date and time, which was adhered. The Technician-Riley- was customer centric and very professional. He examined the system, and then provided the options to repair or replace. I made the decision to replace, I was satisfied with the professionalism and workmanship. Mr. Riley did a thorough job, and the system was tested to ascertain working order using the controls.

Overall, this company came out the same day and handeled everything in a timely manner. The representative Miguel was outstanding, really friendly prompt and get everything up and running in a matter of minutes. Thank you and God Bless your Business.
