We purchased our door from Precision Door last January. So, after Hurricane Ian, when we needed to have the door serviced, it was only natural that we contact them. Again, the response and service was exceptional. The technician, Tyler, communicated well with me and was most efficient. i recommend Precision Door without any reservation.

Benjamin (M) Guerra the technician was great, did a great job and cared, only problem to note was when it was time to pay for the job I was informed there would be a 4% surcharge if I pay via credit card, this was not told prior to arrival and really not fair these days, who normally has $300 cash laying around, so BEWARE when it comes to payment options

Original call was for a cable that was fraying, upon inspection he informed me that all the rollers were shot which was maki.g it super noisy and we had a broken bracket. He replaced everything with in an hour and was very efficient. Pretty neat process. Super friendly and I will definitely be calling them again. Very fair price...
