I could not have been more pleased with my interaction with Adam from Precision Door. After determining the cause of my problem, he presented me with a detailed written explanation of the options available to me, along with the cost of each option. There was absolutely no effort on his part to convince me that one option was better than another. No attempt on his part to “upsell” a more expensive option. He answered all of my questions in a detailed, easy to understand manner and repeated things patiently when I asked. Although no one wants to spend the money necessary to keep their garage door working properly (at least I didn’t), if you have to, then I highly recommend using Precision Door. Don’t make the mistake of using the number of reviews on Google as the sole determining factor in your decision on which company to pick. Remember, it is very easy to inflate the number of Goggle reviews a company has. I think that any half way decent hacker could figure out a way to send bogus reviews from different email addresses. I mean, just think of the number of SPAM calls you get. If that can be done, then hackers certainly can submit bogus reviews. Ask your friends who they used. If you pay a discounted price then more than likely you will get discounted service and a discounted product. Buyers beware.

I have used the Precision Company for many years as they keep our garage door in great working condition. Today's service call was no exception! Serviceman Luke did an exceptional job removing the old & installing the new bottom seal (the rubber on the bottom) at my request. Then checked the whole unit to make sure there were no problems awaiting a breakdown. There is never a high pressure sales pitch on unnecessary problems that other companies might do. I keep their phone number right on the door inside! They even called me to see if I wanted an earlier appt. when Luke had finished his last job earlier than expected. That is great customer service!

The staff with Precision are great. They were super friendly on the phone, picked up right away, gave me a price estimate quickly, set up an appt. within a few days of calling, emailed me all the appt. information, showed up on time, figured out the issue quickly, charged me what they said they would, the technician was super friendly and quick, prices very reasonable, he looked at our other doors and equipment to give an idea of any future repair needs, easy to pay by card, overall a great experience from beginning to end. I needed my garage door springs replaced. I used the chat feature of the website and scheduled a repair. I received a confirmation email in minutes. My technician was Keith Allen. He called to tell me his arrival time. He introduced himself and explained the process. He inspected the garage door, springs, bearings and opener. He gave me a quote on two options and I chose the one I could afford. Keith did not try to pressure me into the more expensive option. He started the repair and was done within 30 minutes. I am happy with the repair and enjoyed chatting with Keith as well. I will call Precision and ask for Keith if the need arises.

5 star service. My garage door was making very loud noises, going up and down. A service appointment was made for the next day. Chris Pinnegar was my service provider. Chris was on time, friendly and professional. He checked out everything. He explained the problems, showing what parts were needed and the costs for same.
