My experience with the technician was positive. However, I will not do business with Precision again. This is the third time I have had a similar problem. The first time the price was $450, the second time it was $550. This time it was $1,025. In my opinion this was "gouging". I can accept a price increase......but don't gouge me.

Great job replacing my garage door motor! The response time was unbelievable, within 2 hours of my call they were were at my house, then in about an hour the job was complete! Keith A did a excellent job and I even got a motor upgrade because he didn't have the one I wanted on the truck. Keith took time to show me how everything worked with the app explaing how it all works, and also connected my car. SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I called Precision Garage Door Service today about problems with my garage door opener motor and belt that they installed in 2023. They responded the same day and their technician (Austin) made all the necessary repairs and adjustments required. He was polite, efficient and professional. Obviously, Precision stands by their work and their customer service attitude is exemplary!

We had an emergency and called Precision, the person who answered the phone was polite and professional. We explained that the garage door was unuseable and we needed to use the car in the morning. It was about 5 o'clock in the afternoon at this time. They said that it was possible to send someone that night to fix the problem and within an hour the employee called and was on his way to our home. He looked at the problem and was able to fix the door and started to work right away. Within two hours the door was fixed and working fine. Thank you Precision and Thank you Mr. Sean Wolf for your great service. I would recommend Precision to anyone for their great service and professionalism.
