Some years ago I used Precision Garage Door Service to replace a broken spring, but recently the overhead motor mechanism stopped responding to the remotes. The system was an outdated Craftsman model so I bought one of the new Genie models from Home Depot which PGDS gladly agreed to install. The tech who came out, Sean Wolf, was friendly and very knowledgeable. I could tell during the installation he is a professional and offered advice to improve system performance which didn't cost that much more. I'm glad I did and am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and will use them again in the future should the need arise.

As always, Precision was easy and pleasant to deal with…and this was on a Saturday midday. The tech was at my house in three hours (he called on his way). He quickly found that my very old opener had broken. (As, I suspected). So a new opener was installed. This company from start to finish is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I am intimidated by the quoite which the technician came up to replace the springs is over $800.00 plus other things tacked along to exceed the quote by $1,000. The original company who installed the doors quote upfront $315.00 to replace the springs which included the complete tuneup. I wish the Precision Garage door service was honest up front ane quoted reasonable price for the replacement of the springs on the garage doors. Honesty alway wins the game.

Precision was very responsive when I reached out - they even had a spot for the same day I called but I wasn't able to arrange that. They called to see if an earlier appointment would work for me and it did. The technician Chris came out around noon and we were all wrapped up at around 2pm. He went over all the options, choices, and costs. I am back to parking in my garage.

Baylor my technician was the best. Very courteous and took the time to listen to me as I explained the problem. He did a very thorough inspection. He recommended replacing the unit and was able to do that quickly. My only concern was the markup on the replacement garage door opener. I looked it up and I paid at least 3 times what I could have bought the system for. Baylor was excellent and I would recommend him to any potential customer! If I could hire him to work for me I would! As far as Precision goes they are prompt and they take care of the problem but are very expensive.

The garage door spring failed on a Saturday afternoon. Precision Door dispatched a technician with 4 hours and made the repair. The spring was under warranty from an installation they made for me in 2020. The technician (Sean) was professional and installed a new spring at no charge. I was pleased with the quick response since I could not get the garage door open when the spring broke, and I had an appointment early Sunday morning.
