Over price for what I compared with after. They don’t give you a price to repair till they get to your house. The young man did a good job and was ver professional. But I think they have different prices for different people as I check with someone who used them and saw what they paid. Commission maybe.

I have used Precision in the past as this is the company that installed my impact garage door a number of years ago. When I called, I was a bit disappointed with the call center and almost hung up. I am glad that I stayed on the line. The technician (Karter) showed up within a few hours of calling to replace the broken spring. While he was there the door operator also failed, so he was able to replace this at the same time. He was super professional and did an excellent job. I was able to share my comments about the installation and Karter, listened and addressed any concerns that I had. I would gladly have this tech back to do any future repairs. Thank you!

Had issues with both my garage doors. One door does not close well. The other was bent at the bottom of the door & the threshold was out. It was also making a lot of noise during the opening/closing. Tyler arrived promptly on time. He did a quick assessment of the garage door. Within seconds, he fixed the sensor misalignment of one door. He gave me a quick quote on the other door. He also offered to replace the springs to reduce the annoying sounds of the doors. He had all the parts needed in his van. He did not at anytime upsell any of his services. As promised, within 1 hour, he had finished everything. Both the doors were fixed. The annoying loud door sounds while operating was also gone. I had him also add a key pad outside the garage. Tyler was very courteous and professional. He was very quick and efficient. I should have called the company sooner. I will definitely call the service again. Thank you Tyler!
