Andrew came out same day & was even available earlier than our original appt time. He was professional, courteous & cool. He explained everything in detail & didn't pressure sell us. Got our door fixed quickly & I was able to get back to my day! You guys were def cheaper than 3 other local companies we called.

Unexpected issue with the garage door on a Sunday is never fun. Called Precision Door and an actual person answers your call for questions. Precision Door sent someone out the next day and during a convenient time to get us back up and running. Owen was great, friendly, professional/ knowledgeable and fair in his assessment of damage. The bill was thoroughly explained as well. Thank you! Highly recommend Precision Door when your in a Door Jam!!

Our spring on our garage door broke with no way to get the garage open and the cars out. This occurred on a Saturday early afternoon. I called Precision and was greeted by a very nice customer service rep who took all my information and guaranteed that someone would be out today. Austin arrived right on time and after discussing the solution started the work. He was efficient, when finished walked us through all of the repairs and left the garage spotless. We will never use another garage door company again.

We've never had to have garage door repairs before now. Had no idea who to call but got ahold of Precision and they were a lifesaver. The lady I spoke to on the phone was professional, reassuring and answered all my questions. The technician, Scott, was amazing. He arrived early (after calling to make sure that was ok), was polite, friendly and knew what he was doing. He inspected everything, explained what he saw and gave us different options on repairs. He helped us make a decision on what would work best for our situation and got to work. He was done quickly, cleaned up, showed us what he had done and fixed. Our door works perfectly now. We couldn't have asked for better service! Highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Scott - A+++

This company was amazing. I called at 12:30 pm and they came out to fix my garage at 1:45pm. The fastest company iv never worked with. Austin D did an amazing job fixing my garage. He was so helpful and did an excellent job doing his job. Great communication skills this guy had and made it an awesome experience. We were told about your company from a neighbor. Everything went well, even though you had to return and swap out the panels for the color more acceptable to our HOA. Eli, Julian, and Tim were very knowledgeable concerning their aspect of the job. They worked quickly and the garage was even cleaned by Julian. It was a Saturday afternoon, and our garage door opener stopped working - the door would not stay closed. Precision's service call charge was over $60. less than Garage Doors of Indianapolis, and our service tech, Ben H. was on time, very service oriented, and just an all around nice guy. Garage Door was operational within 21/2 hours of my initial call.
