I looked on Google for a garage door repair. They seemed very knowledgeable and had good reviews. I called at 10 minutes to 5 on Thursday and they came today and fixed it. Good price for the door. The technician was a very good worker and replaced my old garage door and the new door looks & performs great. He explained some of the things to look out for as far as operating the latch and when to lubricate the door hinges, rollers, springs and bearings.

The workman who came out was very pleasant. The news he gave was very disheartening. I felt cheated by precision who installed this door for me about two years ago or less than two years ago, and the motor is broken or whatever and this was supposed to be an upgrade from what I previously had . I spent almost $1000 to get this door installation two years ago you now quoted me 500 and something dollars to repair part of it. That is unacceptable. Why would you sell somebody something that is gonna go bad and not try to cover part of the costs to correct. the last door I had I had it for 15 years. I’m very disappointed. I’ll never do business with you again. Anybody asked me? I’ll tell them never do business with precision. If you do this is what you can expect , thank you for the opportunity to share my satisfaction .

I needed to replace the springs and cables on my garage door due to breakage. Devin and Matthew came out to assess the repairs and provided me with several quotes for different levels of repairs. I opted for upgrading my springs and rollers. Two days later Devin returned to perform the repairs and had all updated equipment installed and door working within 2 hours. Devin was very personable and professional. I could not be happier with the repair and equipment upgrade. I would definitely would recommend Precision Doors to friends and family.
