I had contacted a different person prior to researching Precision, who had taken over the clients of our previous repairman who I learned (passed away.) I can truly appreciate the great characteristics Britt displayed in representing your company - The other guy was beyond rude, mean spirited and quite nasty in his ruff responses and not about to ever be selected to repair our ‘open over night garage door!’ - Thank you for the thoughtful, kind, all about business, technician you provided. Complete ripoff. I blindly trusted the company and went ahead with the repair. They charged me 824$ for replacing 2 springs which is ridiculous. I also blame myself for not doing enough research beforehand but both my cars were stuck in the garage I did not have much choice. All I can say is that I believe in KARMA and at the end it will take care of everything.

A torsion spring broke on our double car garage door and I phoned Precision. The tech phoned before his appointed arrival time and was very courteous. He explained what needed to be done and offered several options. Although he completed the work very professionally I was surprised that the replacement of two springs and a center bearing was so costly. I was expecting the repair would to be in the $500 to $600 price range. I was charged $820.00 for the service. Precision is very expensive and exorbitant with their pricing structure. I called Precision about 10 in the morning and was immediately scheduled for a service call between 12 and 2 pm. My technician gave me a call just before noon and was at my house by 12:10 pm. Luckily, I only needed some adjustments aligning the sensors, but my technician also checked the door balance and lubricated all hinges and spring, explaining everything as he went. I was extremely satisfied with the experience.

One of our 2 garage doors was difficult to open (it does not have an automatic opener). Will was the technician who we were blessed with. He quickly identified the problem and efficiently made adjustments so that the door is now easy to open and lift. He also proceeded to inspect and service our larger door and explain to us what we needed to do in order to keep it in good working order. He was pleasant, courteous, and excellent at his job. This is the third time in 28 years that we have called on Precision to help us with our garage doors. We have never been disappointed.
