Scotty, our repair technician was fantastic, but I was unaware that the motor and springs that were replaced were marked up 3-4x actual costs. Amazon sold the same opener for ~200, but I was charged $500. The springs were also 2-3x cost. I was very happy with the technician but the pricing was unbelievably over inflated. Please call me to discuss this

I chose Precision Door Service because they had done a good job when they serviced the door many years ago. The technician, Andy Maynard, phoned 15 minutes before arriving and arrived within the scheduled time window. He followed the Covid-19 protocols as he went about evaluating the door and then replacing the two springs, one of which had broken. Now it works great, and I will definitely use Precision if I need garage door service in the future.

Today got off to a good start! Scottie called about 9:00 a. m. to say that he was on the way to our house and would be here in about thirty minutes. He was right on time. He quickly identified the problems and corrected them. He was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and neat. We were pleased with the service and with the price.

Garage door spring needed to be replaced. Called Precision Door based on daughters recent excellent experience. Technicians arrived on time. Very professional.
