Precision solved our problem, which was a busted spring which kept our garage door from opening. Joshua was friendly and knowledgeable, and explained exactly what needed replaced and the cost, then how best to maintain it to keep the door working long term. He managed to work around my van (which was stuck in the garage), and even helped move all our stuff out of the way. The door is now even quieter than before. Definitely exceeded our expectations, and appreciate Joshua and Precision.

First, I want to say that my overall experience was very positive. Every person that I spoke to or who provided services was polite, professional, responsive and HELPFUL. My garage door which was at least 25 years old was jammed against the frame and had been partially crushed. When your repair technician, Jonathon Swartz came he realized it could not be repaired and so he recommended options for replacement. Since the door was not a standard size, he said Precision could cut a door for me rather than having to wait 6 to 8 weeks for a special order. I chose that option and two days later Adam Sayre came to install the door. He did an outstanding job and I am currently enjoying the results. In addition, as your TV commercials suggest, members of your staff often have connections to the community. Adam had grown up in my neighborhood and he and members of his family may have gone to high school with my wife, her brothers, or her parents. It made for pleasant conversation during the short breaks that he took, but also gave me a sense of confidence that he would do a great job installing my new door. I could not be more pleased with the work and the people you have working at Precision.

Garage door spring broke early on Sunday morning. I called Precision Garage Door around 8 AM and was very pleased to get a real person that answered my call immediately. They were able to send a technician that day. Our technician sent a text prior to his arrival during our allotted window. Several months ago (September 2022) we had problems with our garage door making a lot of noise and, when it was closed, the door appeared lop-sided when viewed from the outside. We decided to give Precision Door Services a call. Our technician was Tom. He assessed the situation and told us the options we had to resolve our issue. We decided to have him go ahead and perform the services needed. The problems were resolved that same day during the service call. We we extremely pleased with the job Tom completed. Fast forward to today (June 2023) we were having another problem with our garage door closing and in a few seconds opening up again on its own. We would have to play with the door opener several times until the door would close and remain closed. Our garage door openers (2) were over 30 years old and we decided to have them replaced. Tom again was our technician and he gave us an estimate and again we told him to go ahead with the services to replace the openers. We were extremely pleased to have another successful service call with Precision. At a time when customer service is not easily found, it was refreshing to receive the high level of customer care from Precision. We would recommend them (and Tom) to everyone! Thank you.
