Wow! If I could give 10 stars, I would. While we have used a couple of other garage door companies in the past that we were pleased enough with, no one was available to come weekends and I was desperate, with my car stuck inside my garage and me needing to get to an important event this evening plus needing to transport grandkids to school in their car seats early this coming week. Precision Door not only made it work to come promptly on a Saturday, the technician, Marlon, was extremely professional, efficient, and kind. He explained everything clearly, ran appropriate tests, and made recommendations. He also didn’t try to push me to necessarily purchase the most expensive option, but he presented choices. For any future garage issues, I will most definitely use Precision Door.

Precision Overhead was recommended to me by current customer of the company. i was impressed right out of the gate! From Phone receptionist, then the young man who came to see my situation and explained everything clearly, answered my questions so that i could make a smart decision. Fantastic customer service from beginning to end! One of our garage doors caved in from a bad storm and had to be replaced. I called the next morning and by mid-afternoon, James was at our house and ready to provide an estimate. He took plenty of measurements which probably help the installers on the back end. We have non-standard size doors so while he was here, he called the supplier to make sure they had one in stock that they could pick up. Then he called the office to schedule an installation date. I didn't have to make a series of calls to get all of this set up; it was literally the initial call and they proactively handled everything from there. James was here on a Friday afternoon and Jay was here on Monday at 8:30 to install it. A brand new door was installed in less than 2 hours - by himself! Everyone involved, from the woman who answered the initial call, to James, to Jay was just outstanding. They run their business like they would like to be treated themselves and their fantastic service really shows!
