We were out last Friday and all manufacturers are closed over the weekend. We followed up Monday and Tuesday. Unfortunately it took longer than we all desired due to the nature of the custom work. Technician was not thorough, tried to upset elements not needed, did not adjust force after replacement parts put in place and blamed unrelated issues for lack of operation after installation. Price was four times original quote with additional work to address ourselves. Never will use again nor will I recommend.

Chason was excellent in explaining the options we had regarding replacing a broken garage door spring. Although the options were many, our decision to replace only the single spring was received with the same enthusiasm as if we had chosen a more complete, and most likely needed, procedure. Not our first experience with Precision, but this visit was as others! Always same day response which is important when one's car is held hostage inside the garage! Dale Robbins, our technician, was personable, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. He also pointed out that we had mold on the inside of the garage doors and told us how to get rid of it which we did and it was quick and painless. Haha! Very, very nice!

Hello, I am very unsatisfied with the service I received yesterday. First of all the technician was early, which would be fine if I didn't have to work. I made my appointment for the time of 4 - 6, I received a call from the tech at 2:30 saying that he was available. I told him that I would arrive home a little before 4 and would call him when I got there. When I pulled up to my house the tech was parked in my driveway waiting, I find this quite unprofessional. The diagnosis of the problem with my garage door opener he states is due to "mis-use" because my garage door is "too heavy". That garage door opener has been in working condition for 20 years with no problems, they don't last forever. The door isn't "too heavy" he was just trying to upsell me. I didn't feel that the technician was being truthful in his diagnosis. After further consultations with neighbors with the same door and opener for the same length of time they felt that I was being mis-led also. Because of his diagnosis, which he obtained without even thoroughly looking at the garage door opener my insurance denied the claim to have it fixed. Because of this I am going to pay to have a second opinion with a more reputable company and will in no way recommend your company to any of my family and friends. We are slightly higher than the competition due to being properly licensed and insured, hiring and training professional technicians and carrying quality parts on our trucks so that we can repair your door immediately. We also inspect all aspect of the door and opener. Most of the time, a symptom with an opener is typically due to a greater problem with a door. We're sorry that you took this as a move.
