Extremely professional from the scheduling to the final service, I highly recommend precision garage door. It’s the second time I’ve used them and I’ve had great experiences both times.

I had the pleasure of having Danny Morales as my garage door technician. who was extremely courteous and professional, and was very knowledgeable at his job. He provided us with a new remote control and lubricated our rollers as a preventive maintenance measure, but the work I was most impressed with was the replacement of the rubber seal at the bottom of garage door. I have lived in my home for 20 years, and there has always been a 6 inch gap in the seal where you could see daylight even though it has been replaced a few times in those 20 years, which obviously leaked during rain episodes, but when Mr. Morales had finished there was no signs of daylight, so I think it is going to be a good rainy season this year without leakage.

I called to book maintenance appt for my :2 garage.door opener expecting a date in 2-3 weeks. The customer service representative told me there was an opening the same day from 2-6 pm and the the maintenance calls were on special. The tech showed up in about an hour, took a few minutes to explain why my doors were noisy and what he would do to correctt the problem. He was fine in about 30 min. Very polite, knowledgeable and provided great service. Thank you Precision. Great employees.

He programmed a new remote control to replace one which had worn out and no longer worked, and lubricated the alignment rollers as a preventive maintenance measure, but the work I was most impressed with was the replacement of the garage door seal at the bottom of the door. In the 20 years there has always been a 6 inch gap because the concrete floor is uneven in that section, even though I have replaced the rubber seal several times, so i just figured that I was going to have to get the floor evened out across the sealing area, but when Mr. Morales was done there was no daylight to be seen, so I am hoping for a good rainy season this year without any leakage.
