Had the inconvenience of our garage springs breaking on a Saturday night but the pleasure of working with Daniel Morales on fixing everything the following morning. Daniel was a very kind and sincere service technician who worked on all the mechanical parts very quickly; he inspected all of the mechanical parts, came to an agreement with us on the work, and got everything done within the hour. Although the price may have been higher than what we wanted, we think the lifetime warranty will end up being more than worth the upfront cost. Thank you Daniel (and the other guy who came and helped!)

Had an extra large door break and Henry came out quickly, especially given another appointment we had to meet. We negotiated a price based on the custom springs we needed and he was able to get our trapped cars out of the garage, it would have been impossible with the temporary opening solution he put in place. He ordered the parts and they installed promptly. A couple more parts were broken/warped and they replaced them as needed. They made sure to show me the parts and explain why they needed to be replaced. Price came out a bit higher than expected, but fair. Overall the job was completed on time and quickly. It seemed like they were concerned with doing things the right way and safely, not taking shortcuts or bandaids which I appreciated. The door is now working better than previously. I also appreciated the prompt and consistent communication. I highly recommend Precision to anyone with garage door trouble.

I had called Precision a few days ago to have them fix my manually operated spring garage door. I had a vehicle that I was unable to use because the door would slam down at the slightest wind. Daniel Morales, a Precision Tech, attended to the unit. He told me he had the springs and said he would get started on it but ten minutes later he said he was lacking another part and couldn't get it until the next day. I was very upset at Precision because I have an extremely busy schedule and needed to use that vehicle. He stepped away, asking me to wait, and said nothing further. He then returned and told me help was on the way. I asked what he meant, and then a buddy coworker came to drop off this part because he had it and was near our neighborhood. Now that's what I call old style customer service! Three cheers for Precision! He finished the work in 40 minutes!
