Our technician, Richard Jasso, was friendly, knowledgeable, but most importantly for me, patient. I am one of those question asking people that sometimes annoys people who are trying to work. Not only did he get my problem solved ( a new motor), he answered all my questions. He even programmed our car's built-in switch to the new motor before he left.

Eliseo Trillo replaced our garage motor And did the repair of the end of the door He explained all clearly and did a wonderful job He installed a key pad in the side of the door it works so nice now .

Our garage door was repaired and upgraded and works much better.

I originally had Precision service my garage door opener system when the main springs broke in March of 2018. Springs back then cost $250 each; now they were $324.95 each a 29.9% increase in 7 years. Probably a typical increase for the time period. There were more replacement parts this time due to the age of the system. They have 3 repair packages (Good; Better: and Best). The last time I chose the Better package. This time I received the Best package; without any discussion of the change. However; the best package was needed in my case; due to additional parts in that package. Service was timely and good as usual. All needed parts were in the truck. Gave 4 stars due to the lack of discussion of the different repair packages.

Called for emergency repairs on our garage door that wouldn’t close. They responded to my request and sent Kai out and he did a fantastic job! He explained the issue and provided quick and thorough repair with friendly service. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Repair Services!
