The customer service was great, explain thoroughly everything that needed to be done and the cost upfront. Since my opener was older, they had to find the correct part to make the repair and had another service driver bring the part so the job could be completed the same day.

I Called for service and they were able to come the same day which was very nice.,They listened to my concerns and installed exactly what I wanted.

It was easy to schedule and they sent a top notch technician (****) and he explained what needed to be addressed. There is no question regarding their competency and ability to get the job done. I would definitely use them again though I did feel somewhat gouged by their eye popping markup on some simple parts that needed replacement, especially when I went online and could see their actual retail price. I would add that there was no high pressure or upselling and that is why I give them high marks.
