We called Precision yesterday (Tim was very helpful in setting up an appointment.) because they came highly recommended by our son. Technician Henry Dabiri arrived promptly, as scheduled, this morning. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem with our approximately 15-year-old garage door opener. He promptly went through our options for a new one, explaining the pros and cons of each model. After making our selection, he installed the new opener in a timely manner. He thoroughly explained how the new devices worked, including a new key pad, something we haven't had before. He also did a nice job in cleaning up when he was done, plus we were able to get a senior discount. Job well done, Henry. We will not hesitate to call Precision for any future garage door needs.

Professional and efficient

Kai Sells provided good advice and was a pleasure to work with. He replaced our springs, cable, rollers, etc. The price for the work seemed high, but we OK'd it. If we'd gotten a competitive quote we would be in a better position to evaluate price. We did get a 10% Senior Discount, so that helps.

Both of our cars were trapped inside our garage, which had broken its spring. Precision was able to come out that same morning to do the repair. Our repairman, Carlos, endured 100+ degree temperatures in the garage while he labored to replace the spring - and did it cheerfully. It was very difficult to work in the tight space, with both cars in the way. But Carlos was careful, and managed it! He is a great professional and asset to the Precision team.

I am a Realtor and have a property in Julian that needed garage door repair because the door would not open or close and for purposes of selling the property and getting items removed from the garage, I needed the door repaired.
