Leo, the technician, came on Tuesday and quickly handled a simple service request as well as a more complicated issue with a poorly installed garage door opener. While fixing the bad installation, Leo went above and beyond. Other technicians had suggested much more expensive solutions. Leo initially considered one of those options too, but checked with his supervisor first. Together, they found a simpler, effective fix at a fair price.
