Technician came and checked the garaged door, the springs, rollers and cables. He found out my cables were rusted and all rollers are squeaky. Recommend and showed me the price and it’s all decent priced, I did asked a military’s discount with no problem. Overall Trevor’s workmanships is beyond expectations knowledgeable and respectful .

Mario showed up and was super polite and professional. Both my doors are about 30 years old and haven’t done much to them. Precision has come a few times for minor repairs but this time was much bigger. Everything was explained in detail what needed to be done and how much. Rick, the technician, came much earlier than scheduled - which was fantastic. He assessed the problems, talked about what we needed done, and in the end took care of two issues. Very professional - beautiful work. We could not be more satisfied with the job he did. He treated the problem like it was his own; it felt more like a friend helping us out than a company.
