    He did a good job very professional and it's totally my fault but I think I should've waited the price $1500 to replace the bar in the spring on top seems really pricey but oh well

    We had just moved into our new house when not a week later the garage door broke and would not close! I am told to expect things like that...but we felt up a creek without a paddle as it happened at 6:30 PM. It's a new neighborhood, and we have a baby so I was feeling really stressed. My Yelp research led me to Precision Garage Repair. I paid the extra money to have them come out that night, and Kai was incredible. Not only was he knowledgeable, he arrived early and actually finished by the time that he was supposed to be there. His knowledge, efficiency, and kindness really made him a stand out employee. I know we have a warranty on everything he fixed, but if we have any other garage door needs, we will definitely go back to using Precision. It was easy and we rested well that night knowing our garage door was safely closed.

    Daniel did a great job however I should have checked cost. I just had the spring and bar replaced as well as the two little cables. That cost $1500 bucks!!! Way too much. But I didn't know at the time. Great service! Way overpriced!!!!!!
