Michael was our technician, super professional and Even though I had a brand new garage door, he shared a few pointers on things to look out for which was very helpful. This company is super professional and I felt reasonably priced. The old saying you get what you pay for cheap work ain't good and good working cheap.

It took a while for me to decide which company to go with to replace my 28 year old garage door openers, as that is not an inexpensive job. I decided to go with Precision because they gave me the best price, guaranteed their service and products and they have terrific customer service. While I had a couple of issues after the installation, they were quick to respond and rectify any and all questions, concerns and issues. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and if I need doors or service in the future, they will be the folks I call. Thank you.

I originally had Precision service my garage door opener system when the main springs broke in March of 2018. Springs back then cost $250 each; now they were $324.95 each a 29.9% increase in 7 years. Probably a typical increase for the time period. There were more replacement parts this time due to the age of the system. They have 3 repair packages (Good; Better: and Best). The last time I chose the Better package. This time I received the Best package; without any discussion of the change. However; the best package was needed in my case; due to additional parts in that package. Service was timely and good as usual. All needed parts were in the truck. Gave 4 stars due to the lack of discussion of the different repair packages.
