    Kai Sells provided good advice and was a pleasure to work with. He replaced our springs, cable, rollers, etc. The price for the work seemed high, but we OK'd it. If we'd gotten a competitive quote we would be in a better position to evaluate price. We did get a 10% Senior Discount, so that helps.

    My long time Lift Master garage door opener, opened it's last garage door and needed to be replaced. What to do? I carefully studied all my options and so many, many companies. Sure, price is important, however quality of product installation and their reputation of follow thru service, were an important consideration. As the Better Business Bureau says, "Investigate before you invest." Percision Garage Door Service of San Diego, (P.G.D. S.) became my top choice, to rejuvenate my garage door system and glad I did. My entire repair went very smooth. Mr. John Topping (Senior Tech.) & team called 30 minutes before arriving on time for the appointment. All needed equipment, for the repair were on John truck, ready to go. John provided 4 written estimates, on 4 levels of repair services, reviewing each level of service in detail. Sure, I spent a little more money for the repair then planned, however it was worth it! All quality work, provided by John & team, promptly paid on Visa, with no hidden fees. Quality work, quality people and great experience. Happy Customer. (p.s. - John, enjoy your company BBQ, as you earned it with your service.)

    We were lucky that Trevor came out on a Sunday morning. It's rare to find someone with great customer service, which is hard to find these days. Without being s pushy salesman, he recommended several options and we decided to go with replacing our 30+ year old motor and garage door parts. He helped us set up several remote options as well. Trevor is very sweet, professional and honest. Before he left, he made sure we knew how to operate everything and he tweaked the garage door to make sure it worked perfectly before leaving. I highly recommend him. Trevor is an asset to Precision!
