I've used this company for several repairs and maintenance over the last 12 years, so did not hesitate to have them assess possible replacement for my 30+ year old slightly bent and noisy garage doors. Sarah Harmon was my door designer, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. As a bonus, her assistant Christopher (a design trainee on his last "training wheels" task, formerly a garage door technician) complemented her expertise as we reviewed the possible quirks of installation. There was no hard sell, all the options were well explained, physical samples reviewed, and the entire experience was informative and pleasant. Kudos to Sarah for a stress free start of this adventure. Could not have been more satisfied . More to follow when the installation is complete.

I had the pleasure of having Danny Morales as my garage door technician. who was extremely courteous and professional, and was very knowledgeable at his job. He provided us with a new remote control and lubricated our rollers as a preventive maintenance measure, but the work I was most impressed with was the replacement of the rubber seal at the bottom of garage door. I have lived in my home for 20 years, and there has always been a 6 inch gap in the seal where you could see daylight even though it has been replaced a few times in those 20 years, which obviously leaked during rain episodes, but when Mr. Morales had finished there was no signs of daylight, so I think it is going to be a good rainy season this year without leakage.
