    We called Precision yesterday (Tim was very helpful in setting up an appointment.) because they came highly recommended by our son. Technician Henry Dabiri arrived promptly, as scheduled, this morning. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem with our approximately 15-year-old garage door opener. He promptly went through our options for a new one, explaining the pros and cons of each model. After making our selection, he installed the new opener in a timely manner. He thoroughly explained how the new devices worked, including a new key pad, something we haven't had before. He also did a nice job in cleaning up when he was done, plus we were able to get a senior discount. Job well done, Henry. We will not hesitate to call Precision for any future garage door needs.

    This is the second time I have used your company! It’s the best. Called on a Tuesday late afternoon to tell them my garage door was broken. Got an appointment the next day! Henry Dabiri, the technician, called at 7:45 to say he was on his way. He and his assistant arrived at 8:00. Figured out my problem. Fixed it and was done in 2 hours. Very pleasant.     I am a Realtor and have a property in Julian that needed garage door repair because the door would not open or close and for purposes of selling the property and getting items removed from the garage, I needed the door repaired. Precision Garage door took care of the repair in less than 24 hours and notified me when they were on their way. My Seller lives out of the country and they provided me with a video showing the garage door repair so I could share with the Seller that it was truly fixed. Their prices were reasonable. Great job!
