    My garage door failed midday on Saturday. The local hardware store and a friend recommended Precision. The technician arrived on time and was professional, efficient and pleasant to work with. Most of my system needed replacing as it was 20+ years old. He had all the necessary parts on the truck and all was done within a couple of hours. I’m not familiar with prices but I do feel sure that I got a good quality system installed properly.

    We had just moved into our new house when not a week later the garage door broke and would not close! I am told to expect things like that...but we felt up a creek without a paddle as it happened at 6:30 PM. It's a new neighborhood, and we have a baby so I was feeling really stressed. My Yelp research led me to Precision Garage Repair. I paid the extra money to have them come out that night, and Kai was incredible. Not only was he knowledgeable, he arrived early and actually finished by the time that he was supposed to be there. His knowledge, efficiency, and kindness really made him a stand out employee. I know we have a warranty on everything he fixed, but if we have any other garage door needs, we will definitely go back to using Precision. It was easy and we rested well that night knowing our garage door was safely closed.

    I have been using Precision Garage Door for all my garage door repair and service needs for about 10 years now. They are responsive in sending out technicians in a timely manner when the garage door opener fails to work! All technicians who I've encountered are professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. So far I feel that their prices have been reasonable, and they don't try to upsell you unnecessary repairs. I recently got a new opener installed (my old was was installed in 1998), and I cannot believe how quiet it is! The opener and all its components - internal and external keypads, sensors, and rollers were replaced, and the remotes were programmed as well. Everything was completed in about an hour, was up and running when they left, and was so much better than my old opener. Wish I had replaced my old one a lot sooner! I will continue to use Precision for my garage door needs.
