    I had the pleasure of having Daniel Morales as my garage door technician. who was extremely courteous and professional, and very knowledgeable at his job. He programmed a new remote control to replace one which had worn out and no longer worked, and lubricated the alignment rollers as a preventive maintenance measure, but the work I was most impressed with was the replacement of the garage door seal at the bottom of the door. In the 20 years there has always been a 6 inch gap because the concrete floor is uneven in that section, even though I have replaced the rubber seal several times, so i just figured that I was going to have to get the floor evened out across the sealing area, but when Mr. Morales was done there was no daylight to be seen, so I am hoping for a good rainy season this year without any leakage. Thank you, Daniel for a job well done.

    Dealing with Precision truly was a quality experience. I had a genie garage door opener from 1998. It wasn’t opening because the trolley And gears were worn out from almost 20 years of use. They replaced the springs and opener and track right there on the spot for a reasonable price. Jesus was very pleasant and customer service oriented and he made sure that everything was checked and working properly before he left. Thanks guys. I’ll recommend you to anybody that I know needs garage door service.
