My previous garage door opener wasn't working. I called Precision. They responded quickly and a technician was on site very quickly. He inspected my system and told me it was 25 years old. He replaced my old Genie with a new Lift Master. All is well in my garage. My thanks to Precision and the tech Mr. Chavez. The entire job was very professional. Our technician, Richard Jasso, was friendly, knowledgeable, but most importantly for me, patient. I am one of those question asking people that sometimes annoys people who are trying to work. Not only did he get my problem solved ( a new motor), he answered all my questions. He even programmed our car's built-in switch to the new motor before he left.
