We were very impressed with both the speed in responding to our request and even more so by the professionalism and attention to detail provided by Michael, our Precision Tech. He did an exceptional job job diagnosing our issues with our Carriage Garage door and then fixing them. We have used Precision before and after this most recent visit where Michael worked tirelessly blot ensure both we had excellent results we would highly recommend Precision for any garage door repairs or replacement.

Quick service repairing my garage door. Mario was very pleasant to work with and fully explained my options. Cost more than I would have liked but everything keeps going up. Will call Precision soon to replace the entire garage door.

Went out of way to get me in one day earlier. Tech was terrific said was not the batteries thought might be hinges needed lubrication, did that and lubricated the drive mechanism also, seems to be working fine now. Nothing needed to be replaced at this time.

When I asked for an estimate over the phone the operator did tell me about the expidited service fee (it was New Years Day). She did also tell me replacement springs prices range from $100-$349. So I was surprised to get a quote for over $1200 from the tech. Apparently we needed two of the most expensive springs as well as a new ball bearing, cable assembly and eviromental fee. The tech explained everything and repaired our open in less than 45 minutes. He lubricated it too and it runs nice and quiet. The service was quick and professionally done.
