Javy went above and beyond installed two new openers in no time

Use at your risk. They do not honor their warranty. I have had my opener a month. They installed it but I find out the hard way the plug is not secure. It lost power and ended up damaging my car as the door was not all the way up. Their solution was to use gorilla tape to hold it together. Only when I begged to use electrical do they pull it out to try and hold it together. It is not a permanent fix. So this is what I am left with. An opener that loses power and the hundreds to repair my car. I have emailed to no avail. To update. They did respond to my inquiry and came out to fix the problem and look at fixing the car. So I can add more stars to my review since they did make an effort to remedy the situation.

Mario has to be the best technician employed by Precision. Prior to arriving he viewed the photos from 2 years ago and knew exactly what type and style of weather stripping was needed. he grabbed the replacement from the warehouse and arrived prior to the appointment time. Thank you so much.
