    Precision garage door was excellent. I had a problem with my garage door not opening, called them and Mario came out within a half hour. After careful inspection he discovered that there was a tiny spider web across one of the sensors. He pulled off the web and the door was fine. There was no charge. I highly recommend this company and they will be the first for me to call if there is another problem.

    I have been using Precision Garage Door for all my garage door repair and service needs for about 10 years now. They are responsive in sending out technicians in a timely manner when the garage door opener fails to work! All technicians who I've encountered are professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. So far I feel that their prices have been reasonable, and they don't try to upsell you unnecessary repairs. I recently got a new opener installed (my old was was installed in 1998), and I cannot believe how quiet it is! The opener and all its components - internal and external keypads, sensors, and rollers were replaced, and the remotes were programmed as well. Everything was completed in about an hour, was up and running when they left, and was so much better than my old opener. Wish I had replaced my old one a lot sooner! I will continue to use Precision for my garage door needs.
