We scheduled for a maintenance check. The technician called to reschedule for an earlier time, which worked beautifully for us. He was very polite. Straight shooter. Not trying to nickle and dime you. Explained things as he went. Offered safety features, which was nice since this will be a rental. He made sure his job was done correctly before just leaving. Very good experience!

Michael was our technician, super professional and Even though I had a brand new garage door, he shared a few pointers on things to look out for which was very helpful. This company is super professional and I felt reasonably priced. The old saying you get what you pay for cheap work ain't good and good working cheap.

Precision Garage Door was excellent. They were very responsive and really helped us out. My wife’s car was stuck in the garage because the garage spring broke. Michael was sent out within a couple of hours and had all the tools, parts, and expertise needed to fix the garage. Thank you!

Great partial overhaul service (replaced springs, rollers, couple hinges, end of shaft hardware) at premium price ($2,000) but seems like high quality parts and Javy excellent tech did job within 1 hr and apparently lifetime warranty for what he did.
