Dealing with Precision truly was a quality experience. I had a genie garage door opener from 1998. It wasn’t opening because the trolley And gears were worn out from almost 20 years of use. They replaced the springs and opener and track right there on the spot for a reasonable price. Jesus was very pleasant and customer service oriented and he made sure that everything was checked and working properly before he left. Thanks guys. I’ll recommend you to anybody that I know needs garage door service.

I had the pleasure of having Danny Morales as my garage door technician. who was extremely courteous and professional, and was very knowledgeable at his job. He provided us with a new remote control and lubricated our rollers as a preventive maintenance measure, but the work I was most impressed with was the replacement of the rubber seal at the bottom of garage door. I have lived in my home for 20 years, and there has always been a 6 inch gap in the seal where you could see daylight even though it has been replaced a few times in those 20 years, which obviously leaked during rain episodes, but when Mr. Morales had finished there was no signs of daylight, so I think it is going to be a good rainy season this year without leakage.

In the 20 years there has always been a 6 inch gap because the concrete floor is uneven in that section, even though I have replaced the rubber seal several times, so i just figured that I was going to have to get the floor evened out across the sealing area, but when Mr. Morales was done there was no daylight to be seen, so I am hoping for a good rainy season this year without any leakage.
