Kai Sells is an awesome technician!! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and I’d say an expert in his field. Kai is a credit to your company, and you’re lucky to have him as an employee.

Use at your risk. They do not honor their warranty. I have had my opener a month. They installed it but I find out the hard way the plug is not secure. It lost power and ended up damaging my car as the door was not all the way up. Their solution was to use gorilla tape to hold it together. Only when I begged to use electrical do they pull it out to try and hold it together. It is not a permanent fix. So this is what I am left with. An opener that loses power and the hundreds to repair my car. I have emailed to no avail. To update. They did respond to my inquiry and came out to fix the problem and look at fixing the car. So I can add more stars to my review since they did make an effort to remedy the situation.

Javy did an excellent job. He explained everything very well to me and I trusted his skills and knowledge. He was very polite and pleasant to work with.

Timely and excellent service. Our garage door had a cable come loose and different rollers became disconnected. The service department promptly picked up our call on a Saturday and scheduled us the same day, which was a lifesaver because we live on a busy street and had a door half open.
