Precision came out and helped me Christmas Eve. Wasn't even sure anyone would come but they did. Daniel was my tech and he was excellent - was not an easy fix but he stayed with it until the job was done. 5 Star for these folks.

The technician, Matthew, showed up before the scheduled time and completed the job in short order. I was very satisfied with his service.

When I asked for an estimate over the phone the operator did tell me about the expidited service fee (it was New Years Day). She did also tell me replacement springs prices range from $100-$349. So I was surprised to get a quote for over $1200 from the tech. Apparently we needed two of the most expensive springs as well as a new ball bearing, cable assembly and eviromental fee. The tech explained everything and repaired our open in less than 45 minutes. He lubricated it too and it runs nice and quiet. The service was quick and professionally done.

Excellent! Daniel was knowledgeable and efficient. I haven’t had much experience with garage door repairs (thankfully), but I do think they are reasonably priced as well and offer a military discount 🤗 overall, I would highly recommend!
