The overall process of ordering and installation of our garage door and opener was good. There was some confusion about the availability of our chosen pattern and color, but we were able to adjust to one that was available immediately. The installation was efficient and well-done by Jesse. The only issue was a defective panel which he was able to replace the next day.

The Lead Technician was Mario. He and his assistant did a great job. Good communication prior to and during the project. I knew the options and costs prior to work being done. I'll have them back once my old motor finally craps out. It's 40 years old and still working. Only 1/2 hp. Mario didn't hard sell me to replace it now. I appreciated that. Highly recommend.

The sales man, Miguel Ramos was very helpful and professional. He guided me to a door that was perfect for me. The technician, Eliseo Trillo, Jr, was on time and completed the job quickly. I felt I was in good hands with both of these gentleman. I love my door and will use this company again for my other property. Thank you both for your help.

We had an issue our keypad and a lost remote. The technician came as communicated, on time, and went to work immediately to resolve our issues. Within 45 mins we were set to resume as normal. Would highly recommend Precision.
