Kai Sells provided good advice and was a pleasure to work with. He replaced our springs, cable, rollers, etc. The price for the work seemed high, but we OK'd it. If we'd gotten a competitive quote we would be in a better position to evaluate price. We did get a 10% Senior Discount, so that helps.

Henry did a fantastic job of upgrading the springs, rods, etc. on two heavy wooden garage doors. Henry was very knowledgeable, experienced and provided his professional solution to remedy the situation. Great job Henry!

Both of our cars were trapped inside our garage, which had broken its spring. Precision was able to come out that same morning to do the repair. Our repairman, Carlos, endured 100+ degree temperatures in the garage while he labored to replace the spring - and did it cheerfully. It was very difficult to work in the tight space, with both cars in the way. But Carlos was careful, and managed it! He is a great professional and asset to the Precision team.
