Top notch service from start to finish. Received an email detailing the truck and technician who would be coming out within a block of time. Punctual and had everything needed to repair our broken spring plus provided photos of parts that were wearing down and face us three options for the work. Been using them for years. I was referred to Precision by a neighbor in my community. When booking my appointment they were able to come out very quickly to review the issue. I was quoted a much lower price on the phone, I do realize this is a site un seen quote. After reviewing my door also needed a new spring which was also a bit surprising and costly. My door works and my items are now secure again. The opener I have now is a bit more secure as I can tell from my phone that the door is closed. The tech was really nice and helped me get things set up with the keypad and my opener.

Rick, the technician, came much earlier than scheduled - which was fantastic. He assessed the problems, talked about what we needed done, and in the end took care of two issues. Very professional - beautiful work. We could not be more satisfied with the job he did. He treated the problem like it was his own; it felt more like a friend helping us out than a company.
