The overall process of ordering and installation of our garage door and opener was good. There was some confusion about the availability of our chosen pattern and color, but we were able to adjust to one that was available immediately. The installation was efficient and well-done by Jesse. The only issue was a defective panel which he was able to replace the next day.

Rick, the technician, came much earlier than scheduled - which was fantastic. He assessed the problems, talked about what we needed done, and in the end took care of two issues. Very professional - beautiful work. We could not be more satisfied with the job he did. He treated the problem like it was his own; it felt more like a friend helping us out than a company. Booking an appt online was simple and convenient. The service person, Henry called to apprise me of his arrival time. I appreciated that. He assessed my problems quickly, repaired everything in a 1/2 hour. My invoice was high but I was satisfied with the work.

The Lead Technician was Mario. He and his assistant did a great job. Good communication prior to and during the project. I knew the options and costs prior to work being done. I'll have them back once my old motor finally craps out. It's 40 years old and still working. Only 1/2 hp. Mario didn't hard sell me to replace it now. I appreciated that. Highly recommend.
