John Hanson, the technician, was very good. I had simple maintenance performed and I was truly shocked at your extremely high prices. The first estimate for the service was two and a half times more than the original entire unit cost. I realize the original entire unit was purchased 9 years ago, but 2.5x for simple service, crazy!

We dealt with Matt originally on the purchase of the door and then with Joe and Kolten on the installation phase. All three were very friendly, informative and courteous. We ran into a few small issues during installation and Joe and Kolten attempted to address them and explain them to the best of their abilities while remaining patient and respectful. I will address these issues with the company in the very near future and am confident they will be dealt with appropriately. The door is absolutely beautiful and obviously very high quality construction.

Nick from Precision came to give us a quote for a new garage door and belt drive opener. He was very professional and new his business. He measured and gave us a quote on a door we picked out. Convinced us we could use the insulation. He was so professional, we ordered it right in the spot. My hisband never does that, he always wants to think on it a day or two. So I would say they are top notch! I will right another review when we get the door installed!

The one panel of glass that was broken by the service man has been replaced from when he installed the inserts. Now we are missing our remote for the garage door after it was used by the service men.
