This is the second time I have used Precision in two months. In December, they came through in a clutch. We were closing on the house in less than a week, and suddenly needed a new door. They did a great job then, so when I needed a new door at a different house, I called Precision again. The technician who installed the door on Wednesday was professional, took his time, and made sure that I understood exactly how everything worked. Precision is also very good with communication. You know who your technician is going to be, and when they’re going to arrive. They even send you a photo of the person. I highly recommend them.

Nick McAdory - was such a professional. But my husband and I were so happy that he explained everything and truly tried his best to help us save money. Which he did. Felt like we knew him for years. Super comfortable feeling with Nick. I will continue to ask for him. Precision has always been the best throughout the years- great job Precision!!!

We had an incredible experience with Precision Overhead Garage Doors. Roland truly went above and beyond, it was unbelievable how much time and care he put into rebuilding our entire garage door system. He was patient as he had to wait for his coworker to arrive, thorough, and never rushed the process, making sure everything was done right….even at 9:30 on a Friday night. Both technicians who worked with us were polite, kind, and professional the entire time. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and craftsmanship.
