Encountered a sudden failure of one garage door tension cable. Garage door (16') became racked and three rollers were off the track. Received a call from Victor H that he would arrive in 20 minutes - and DID! Victor and I discussed the issue and the best method of correction. Since the system (except the opener and lift rail) were 20 years old and the door and roller tracks were fine I decided, to have all of the original springs, bushings, cables and rollers replaced. Victor had the whole job completed in 2 hours, exactly as he said it would be. Victor was professional, well versed in the operation and friendly, too boot.
