SO thankful for this technician and service company. I had a broken spring, misplaced and old cables, displaced rollers/hinges, rusted shaft. This is the second time I have used Precision in two months. In December, they came through in a clutch. We were closing on the house in less than a week, and suddenly needed a new door. They did a great job then, so when I needed a new door at a different house, I called Precision again. The technician who installed the door on Wednesday was professional, took his time, and made sure that I understood exactly how everything worked. Precision is also very good with communication. You know who your technician is going to be, and when they’re going to arrive. They even send you a photo of the person. I highly recommend them.

We had a very good experience with Precision when our garage door spring broke on a Saturday night. They came out on a Sunday, during the stated time frame, and the technician Chris was knowledgeable, informative, and very competent. He was able to assess the problems, give us estimates and walk us through the various parts that needed to be replaced (and some that were left up to our discretion), and do all the necessary work all in under an hour and a half. Would definitely recommend this company, especially if you need your garage fixed on a weekend or off hours.
