Fast, courteous, friendly service and my garage door works like new.

Our spring broke for our garage door on Sunday. I contacted Precision and they set us an appointment on Monday, but put us on the list if they had a cancellation on Sunday. Unfortunately they didn’t but about 10:30-12:00 AM Monday Cameron arrived. He diagnosed the issue and repaired it. We did not know that our garage door was considered a commercial size door. We built our house with 18’ long x 8’ high doors with 4 springs and bearings. We were lucky that Cameron had all the parts necessary to fix the door. I would recommend Precision Garage Doors and Cameron to anyone. Thank you for the great service.

We had an incredible experience with Precision Overhead Garage Doors. Roland truly went above and beyond, it was unbelievable how much time and care he put into rebuilding our entire garage door system. He was patient as he had to wait for his coworker to arrive, thorough, and never rushed the process, making sure everything was done right….even at 9:30 on a Friday night. Both technicians who worked with us were polite, kind, and professional the entire time. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and craftsmanship. We’re so grateful for their work and would recommend Precision to anyone without hesitation.

Very knowledgeable but almost to the point where it cost me too much. I had another company look and was going to have to order new springs for install a few days later. And they didn't mention any of the issues that Precision recommended. Glad precision stepped in and got the job done...

I called today at 8:45am and had Jose Garcia Sanchez arrive before 10:00am he quoted me different options so that I could make the best decision. He was friendly and he asked questions which showed that he cared about the customer. He did a phenomenal job repairing my garage door. I would highly recommend. And if you can, ask for Jose!
