Their technician Carlos Jordan, was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He knew what our particular issue was, what caused it and explained our options for fixing it. Our spring broke for our garage door on Sunday. I contacted Precision and they set us an appointment on Monday, but put us on the list if they had a cancellation on Sunday. Unfortunately they didn’t but about 10:30-12:00 AM Monday Cameron arrived. He diagnosed the issue and repaired it. We did not know that our garage door was considered a commercial size door. We built our house with 18’ long x 8’ high doors with 4 springs and bearings. We were lucky that Cameron had all the parts necessary to fix the door. I would recommend Precision Garage Doors and Cameron to anyone. Thank you for the great service.

SO thankful for this technician and service company. I had a broken spring, misplaced and old cables, displaced rollers/hinges, rusted shaft. Kemar was warm and professional, explained everything (issues identified, recommendations, cost for repairs). He was patient as he had to wait for his coworker to arrive, thorough, and never rushed the process, making sure everything was done right….even at 9:30 on a Friday night.
