Precision Garage Door Service Of Deltona

Staff is very friendly on phone and in person. For a working mom, their schedule had plenty of open slots and they even texted when they had an earlier time available and we were able to jump at that opportunity without even having to call and ask ourselves. Service was fast. 1-2hours and we loved that they had a fully stocked truck ready to go with any option we chose. Thank you! Our service tech Anthony was great. Also, thanks for being open 24/7

I would like to start by saying Colin was exceptional. He took the time to wait for me to get off from work so I could be there for his inspection. He came in he was very polite he gave us his estimate and he gave us information on other repairs that may need to be done. He explained that we did not have to take the extras but he would list them in the order of importance for the working but worn out parts not only for safety reasons but for the age of the door. He gave us the opportunity to think about the estimates he gave us both the one we asked for and the ones he suggested. As per most jobs where you call for an estimate and they try to sell you other things even though you didn't ask they always have to go back to the manager with an explanation as why the job did not get sold. I appreciate his honesty and understanding as we were just looking for quotes for the repair. He came back to let us know his boss wanted to give us an offer as well in which we took as it was more in our budget no questions asked he was very respectful and kind and did the job quick and efficiently. We appreciate the work he did and we would definitely use this company again moving forward we also referred over my grandmother who used another company and is now struggling with her garage door issues. We would like to thank Colin for his exceptional work and we will be contacting you guys back and asking for him to do the rest of the work when we are ready for that. Thanks again for providing the service even at such a late time.

Excellent service! I'm extremely happy with the work that was done. Anthony was absolutely fantastic--professional, patient, honest, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me and showed me the difference between the garage door opener I had and the new one he was installing. He also helped us with a few other things and made sure we understood everything without ever rushing us. Anthony was very patient and took the time to answer all of our questions. It was clear that he genuinely cared about doing a great job and making sure we were completely satisfied. I truly appreciate his professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and especially Anthony. He did an outstanding job! Thank you, Anthony, for making this experience so easy and stress-free!

Precision installed our garage & has come out for minor fixes and has been prompt, quick and did an amazing job! Thankful for this company! John the technician was super quick and helpful also!

I've had Precision Door personnel perform work on my garage door twice and both times the service has been great. This last time the technician, Tyler, was very personable, knowledgeable and he worked quickly and efficiently. Very recommendable.
