This is the second time I have used Precision in two months. In December, they came through in a clutch. We were closing on the house in less than a week, and suddenly needed a new door. They did a great job then, so when I needed a new door at a different house, I called Precision again. The technician who installed the door on Wednesday was professional, took his time, and made sure that I understood exactly how everything worked. Precision is also very good with communication. You know who your technician is going to be, and when they’re going to arrive. They even send you a photo of the person. I highly recommend them.

Victor did a wonderful job replacing the springs, weather strips, and seals on our garage. He got the job done in a few hours and had custom color weather strips to match! 10/10!

He was friendly and he asked questions which showed that he cared about the customer. He did a phenomenal job repairing my garage door. I would highly recommend. And if you can, ask for Jose!
