This company has gone above and beyond my expectations from start to finish. Angelina answered the phone for an issue that I had with a broken garage door spring. She not only notified me ahead of time the cost that may be involved, but sent me a technician for a cost free evaluation. Her professionalism and family style vibe made me choose this company to come to my home. I was given a time frame within 4 hours of my call. John, my technician, showed up early after calling me to confirm I was available. Hands down a more respectful and knowledgeable person than I could have ever asked for. He was upfront with any charges ahead of time and no surprises at the end. This gentleman got the job done right the first time. I would recommend him to get 10 out of 5 stars if I could. My experience was so well taken care of that I had to call back to find out why my technicians name was not on the website to review. Natasha was the one who answered and yet again I was treated like family and gave me his name. Im sorry if I butcher it, but John Dumè. It is not an easy job to do by yourself, I recommend to leave this to the absolute professionals that they are and John has your back.

The tech David was great. He replaced my broken spring, and replaced the brackets on the door. The prices are highly inflated. Original quote to do rollers and add a spring was $3400.00 . I opted for a new spring and new cable reels and bracket at $1650.00 . Seems about $500. over what I planned. Be sure to do your homework when taking on a sixteen year old garage spring.

I called Precision after installing a new door opener to adjust the balance and found out that I a previous repair the person Installing new springs used the wrong gauge. I would never have known that if the tech hadn’t said something. As it was your company that did original work you covered the cost of the correct spring and work was done with professional detail.
