At first I was going to get a company from a coupon for a cheap tune up but the wife suggested otherwise. Immediately, I felt comfortable with the customer service of this company. The woman on the line that made the appointment was very courteous and understanding in setting up an appointment with a good window timeframe. Maurice came to my house to check out my garage. I honestly thought this was going to be a 15 minute job and he was going to be out. Maurice was quite the opposite. He was thorough. He looked at every inch of my garage door. There were so many possible "problems" that he saw that may need to be updated soon and in the future. Thoughout this time, he wa never pushy. He only explained how the garage may/may not function of any of these issues become major. It was more like "I think you should do this and that" vs "I think you should do this now." He understood cost played a major role as to why I couldn't do $5500 worth of work immediately plus I couldn't pull the trigger on work like that without the boss lady giving me her blessing. He ended up redoing the seal for the garage and did a thorough tune up with lubrications, wiring updates and more. Overall, one can tell that Maurice loves his job. I didn't mind his thoroughness. And I appreciated the education he gave pertaining to my garage door. If you're looking for a good company, this is it. If you are looking for a great technician, Maurice is his name. Philly Eagles. Our technician Chris explained everything that had to be replaced and why! Our old Genie opener was just worn out and just stopped working correctly. Chris installed the new one and it's very quiet . He also explained about the door, the bottom door seal, and how and where to lube the door. He also explained about the door spring, what it was for and how it works. He's a very knowledgeable young man and an asset to this company. We are very grateful that we called Precision.

Easy scheduling, Sam was an excellent sales rep. Ian and Brian did the installation and were really great from notifying me they were on the way, cleaning up after install, to every step in between. Highly recommend. Great job by the entire Precision Garage Door team.
