Had an issue with door opener, and with one online booking, everything was taken care off. Our technician, Chris was so helpful explaining what was wrong and what our options were. He performed the work in the most professional way, explaining every question we had. After he was done, you would have have no idea he was ever there. This is the second time I have used Precision in two months. In December, they came through in a clutch. We were closing on the house in less than a week, and suddenly needed a new door. They did a great job then, so when I needed a new door at a different house, I called Precision again. The technician who installed the door on Wednesday was professional, took his time, and made sure that I understood exactly how everything worked. Precision is also very good with communication. You know who your technician is going to be, and when they’re going to arrive. They even send you a photo of the person. I highly recommend them.

Garage door cable replacement, called the afternoon before and made appointment for following morning. Excellent service, called ahead and arrived on time, advised as to work to be carried out and noted other service issues. Honored phone quotation price and completed work promptly.
