I called at 8 o’clock in the morning, and someone was at my house just before 10. I was amazed! Rashad was very professional, polite and friendly, and knowledgeable. He made a general inspection of my garage door and mechanism, and he reviewed all the options that I had. There was absolutely no hard cell, like so many other companies. If there had been an urgency for something, he would have told me. Although it was a little pricier than I expected for a simple repair, the promptness and professionalism made up for this. Outstanding Performance by Kemar our Service Tech. Spent close to five hours getting us back to normal. The large spring exploded causing damage to all controls.. I decided to update all service parts. Our original door was over 25 years old! Kemar arrived 10 minutes after we called for service! He was amazing. Please extend our thanks to him

Roland, their technician, did a terrific job and explained everything in advance. They received a four-out-of-five only because of the price... somewhat of a surprise, but my door was malfunctioning and he was there so I went ahead.
