I would like to start by saying Colin was exceptional. He took the time to wait for me to get off from work so I could be there for his inspection. He came in he was very polite he gave us his estimate and he gave us information on other repairs that may need to be done. He explained that we did not have to take the extras but he would list them in the order of importance for the working but worn out parts not only for safety reasons but for the age of the door. He gave us the opportunity to think about the estimates he gave us both the one we asked for and the ones he suggested. As per most jobs where you call for an estimate and they try to sell you other things even though you didn't ask they always have to go back to the manager with an explanation as why the job did not get sold. I appreciate his honesty and understanding as we were just looking for quotes for the repair. He came back to let us know his boss wanted to give us an offer as well in which we took as it was more in our budget no questions asked he was very respectful and kind and did the job quick and efficiently. We appreciate the work he did and we would definitely use this company again moving forward we also referred over my grandmother who used another company and is now struggling with her garage door issues. We would like to thank Colin for his exceptional work and we will be contacting you guys back and asking for him to do the rest of the work when we are ready for that.
