Our spring broke for our garage door on Sunday. I contacted Precision and they set us an appointment on Monday, but put us on the list if they had a cancellation on Sunday. Unfortunately they didn’t but about 10:30-12:00 AM Monday Cameron arrived. He diagnosed the issue and repaired it. We did not know that our garage door was considered a commercial size door. We built our house with 18’ long x 8’ high doors with 4 springs and bearings. We were lucky that Cameron had all the parts necessary to fix the door. I would recommend Precision Garage Doors and Cameron to anyone. Thank you for the great service.

I called today at 8:45am and had Jose Garcia Sanchez arrive before 10:00am he quoted me different options so that I could make the best decision. This is the second time I have used Precision in two months. In December, they came through in a clutch. We were closing on the house in less than a week, and suddenly needed a new door. They did a great job then, so when I needed a new door at a different house, I called Precision again. The technician who installed the door on Wednesday was professional, took his time, and made sure that I understood exactly how everything worked. Precision is also very good with communication. You know who your technician is going to be, and when they’re going to arrive. They even send you a photo of the person. I highly recommend them.
