Roland truly went above and beyond, it was unbelievable how much time and care he put into rebuilding our entire garage door system. Our spring broke for our garage door on Sunday. I contacted Precision and they set us an appointment on Monday, but put us on the list if they had a cancellation on Sunday. Unfortunately they didn’t but about 10:30-12:00 AM Monday Cameron arrived. He diagnosed the issue and repaired it. We did not know that our garage door was considered a commercial size door. We built our house with 18’ long x 8’ high doors with 4 springs and bearings. We were lucky that Cameron had all the parts necessary to fix the door. I would recommend Precision Garage Doors and Cameron to anyone. Thank you for the great service.
