I had a spring break on my garage door on a Sunday morning. I was surprised that I had a service appointment within hours of the incident. Chris S. was my technician and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and explained everything to me that needed to be fixed or replaced on my door. I would highly recommend Precision and their team.

This company has gone above and beyond my expectations from start to finish. Angelina answered the phone for an issue that I had with a broken garage door spring. She not only notified me ahead of time the cost that may be involved, but sent me a technician for a cost free evaluation. Her professionalism and family style vibe made me choose this company to come to my home. I was given a time frame within 4 hours of my call. John, my technician, showed up early after calling me to confirm I was available. Hands down a more respectful and knowledgeable person than I could have ever asked for. He was upfront with any charges ahead of time and no surprises at the end. This gentleman got the job done right the first time. I would recommend him to get 10 out of 5 stars if I could. My experience was so well taken care of that I had to call back to find out why my technicians name was not on the website to review. Natasha was the one who answered and yet again I was treated like family and gave me his name. Im sorry if I butcher it, but John Dumè. It is not an easy job to do by yourself, I recommend to leave this to the absolute professionals that they are and John has your back.

Our garage door spring broke (with our card inside)! Technician came promptly, was very polite, accommodating, and easy going as he worked steadily and quickly to get the spring replaced and door working smoothly. He even reprogrammed our garage door opener that needed replacing so we can continue to easily get our cars in and out of garage. A real life saver! Great company and technician!
