0 Stars, had to select one star to leave review. Good morning, Thought I would provide you with some feedback for future reference. I was quoted $749.50 to replace a garage door opener with one (1) opener and an additional $50 for a second one yesterday. Had another company come out yesterday as well and quoted me $385 for the same service and it came with 2 remotes and had them replace it. $599 for the opener is quite steep and do understand labor and installation but the mark up on the opener I can’t see.

I had a broken garage door spring. I called and talked to Cassie about my problem around 6 pm. My technician Dakota arrived early the next morning. He was courteous and fixed my door professionally. I also had other work that needed to be replaced on my door and he also replaced a seal and rollers on my other garage door. The work was done quickly and professionally by Dakota.

One of our torsion springs broke and we needed it fixed ASAP. I called the office in the evening and was able to schedule for the following morning. Cam was a little late due to the prior job running over, but it was clearly communicated. When he got to the house he went right to work assessing the problem and providing a quote to fix it. Tim Maye was our technician that fixed our garage door. He did so first by installing new bottom eye safety units. Next visit he explained to us what triggered another garage door slippage. He tighten the spiral screw which made the link so our guide would hook up and raise/or lower door. Tim makes sure that he explains the system accurately to his clients. Charles R Scott

Was told when i set up appt that individual oanels could be replaced. Waited a week for appt and when tech got here he said they couldnt replace coplay panels as they dont make them. In future recommend person taking appt ask question on phone so everyones time is not wasted
