Tim Maye was our technician that fixed our garage door. He did so first by installing new bottom eye safety units. Next visit he explained to us what triggered another garage door slippage. He tighten the spiral screw which made the link so our guide would hook up and raise/or lower door. Tim makes sure that he explains the system accurately to his clients. Charles R Scott

Was told when i set up appt that individual oanels could be replaced. Waited a week for appt and when tech got here he said they couldnt replace coplay panels as they dont make them. In future recommend person taking appt ask question on phone so everyones time is not wasted

Dakota arrived early and resolved my issue in 5 minute's. I was unaware that the top roller has two nuts holding the roller in place. Mine had loosen when my spring broke two weeks ago. After he retightened two nuts everything was perfect. Great service.

We had used Precision Door at another house in another state, so decided to go back to them. Again, as the first time, service was very quick (next day), two very pleasant and knowledgeable men showed up. They provided several options, we picked the one we needed most immediately and they completed the work very quickly and efficiently. They gave us some restaurant suggestions, too! Very pleased with the service. Will call Precision again when needed and for regular maintenance.

The technician arrived onsite on time. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. However the price was way higher than what was quoted by phone. The price quoted was around $300 or so including the service call. The final price was over a thousand dollars. I appreciate the promptness but it was a little pricey.

Tim was my technician yesterday, Dec 5th and did an excellent job in getting my garage door working properly and explained in detailed what the problem was and how he solved it.
