I cannot say enough about my technician Chad he did an awesome Job and my garage door is now silent he went above and beyond what he was here for, on another not I recommended my mom call them and Chad also fixed her door the appreciation I have for Chad treating my mother wonderful after my dad had just passed is genuine and can't be taught. This was my second experience with precision door and I would never use anyone else! Thank you precision Door and Chad for a job well done.

I personally used services from Precision Garage Door and this company was nothing far from EXCEPTIONAL from start to finish and I highly recommend them to anyone. I had to unfortunately make the dreaded phone call to them early in the morning - on a Saturday nonetheless - when my garage door broke. I was nervous especially considering I have an older motor unit from early 2000s and I did not know what to expect. A few hours later, help arrived! On a Saturday! My technician was Chad and he was nothing but professional, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He quickly repaired my door and examined all the parts and made some small necessary repairs. My door and system is running so much more smoothly and I can't believe this, but also so much more quietly! I cannot believe it! This is the door that you could once hear across the lot. The rates were very reasonable as well. I will be definitely using Precision Garage Door for any and all future needs and will be definitely recommending this company to friends and neighbors.

Our day started by not being able to get out of our garage. My husband was attempting to repair it but judging by the look on his face i made the decision to call Precision. I was impressed I could make the appointment online and they were available to be at our home in 2 hours. As it turned out the gentleman said our existing components are outdated and will need to be replaced. This was long time overdue, the door now closes quietly and evenly.

Had the guys from Precision Door Service come to my home on 5-15-24 to install a new upgraded motor and belt drive system to reduce the noise from the original builder grade install. I was able to get a service scheduled for the same day I called. Chad called when he was on his way and arrived promptly. Chad carefully inspected the garage door, identified the problems and created 3 different estimates. Chad carefully explained each one which helped us to choose the best one for our situation.
