The two guys that showed up worked together and had my old door off and new one installed in under two hours. The door operates smoothly and new moulding/rubber were custom cut and installed. The job was well done.

Precision was the only garage door service that answered the phone on a Sunday. The representative understood my need to fix the garage door the following morning and he scheduled service first thing the following morning. Our garage door was making a load pop noise. I thought it was just out of alignment. Your technician Tim took the time to properly diagnose the problem and explain what was wrong. He recommended what needed to be done to fix the problem as well as what will need to be addressed in the future. He gave me a fair price and replaced the rollers and the bearings as well as making some adjustments. The door was fixed quickly and for the quoted price. He also gave me a ball park price on replacing the springs in the future. Overall a great experience and we will call for any future repairs.

I needed my garage door closed up on a freezing Saturday in January after a car accident pushed it in. I called Precision a little after noon and was given an estimated ETA for the technician and the cost of the emergency service call. The technician called me two hours prior to the ETA to let me know they might be further delayed, but they ended up arriving well before the ETA. The technicians were extremely polite and helpful and finished up quickly. They were able to give me an estimate to replace the garage door and order it on the spot. I highly recommend this company.

The torsion spring on my 2 year old garage door broke so I called the company that I bought the door from to have them replace the spring. They informed me that I could come get a new spring in 6 to 8 weeks ,hopefully, and install it myself. Then I called Precision Door. They said that they could come out and replace the spring the next day! Our serviceman Victor called the next day at 7:20 am and said he would be there in 2 hours. Victor arrived at 9:20 am, explained everything, and had the complete job done in 45 minutes. Everything was done in a very professional way and we are very happy with the whole process.
