I cannot be more pleased with Precision! Everything was perfect! Woke up on Sunday morning, opened the garage door and BAM!, the spring broke. I did not have much time to call around and do some vetting for a reputable garage door service provider, so I called Precsion. I see and hear their commercial on TV every day. And, what they say is true "A name you can trust". First, called at 7:00 am and I was immediately helped. They scheduled the service btwn 2:30-6:30. I received a text confirming everything. Received a call from Sergio just before 3:00, said he would arrive in 20 mins. Arrived on time, and not only did he assess our problem, but thoroughly assessed our entire garage door system, including the opener. He then showed his recommendations, which were in order of importance, all the way up to servicing everything. All of the pricing was reasonable. Once I approved the service I selected, he went about to complete it; which was also done in a timely manner. After he was done, he noticed a problem with my door. While it was not his job to fix it, he helped me with coming up with a fix and then made sure that everything was working before he left. Sergio, your customer service skills are top-notch. I am a customer service manager for a multi-billion dollar company, and I would hire you in a second. Thank you!

It was hard to get hold of anyone on the first and second and third call. Everyone was away from their desks. When the installer finally arrived he had to go back and pick up the springs and the weather stripping, that he was told was on back order, but it showed up. The installation went perfect and so far works good.

The service was great and the tech really knew what he was talking about. The only disappointment was a ~$110 bill for a ten minute fix to one of the stops for our garage door.

Sam the tech was great. He was knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and very personable. He gave me tips and answered all my questions. When the time comes for service in the future I would request Sam (even if I had to wait for service). My opener was purchased last sept. and the safety sensors were out of alignment - not any more. I liked your television ads. Taylor did a great job finding the sensors out of alignment and letting a nosy old lady ask a lot of questions. He did a complete function test after finding the misalignment to make sure there were no other problems that needed care. He found no other problems. I am completely satisfied with his job.
