Michael Gavanditti was promptly at my place about an hour after I called Precision's office. He described what was wrong with the garage door and gave me an estimate right away and a Safety Checklist. He was able to work on the door even though my cars were in the garage and must have been in his way. He completed the job in under an hour and even adjusted the garage door opener. I'll keep Precision and Michael in mind for future inspection and maintenance issues.

Work performed was excellent and the customer service was outstanding On the day after Christmas our garage door springs failed, locking our cars in the garage. From the first "emergency" call for help - the commitment to customer service was obvious. Courtney was able to schedule the repair the same day and got the repair team to the house ahead of the scheduled time. Alan & Kyle (the repair team) explained both the "what & why" of each part of the repair work. They took extra care to ensure all aspects of the garage door system worked properly, and even corrected problems caused by the original builder installation.

Somehow we got in for same day service which was incredible. Nate was here in time, great communication prior to and while he was here. Found broken springs immediately. Recommended service above and beyond but wasn’t even a little pushy. We went with the extra service because of the 10 yr warranty etc and our system is pushing the 7 year mark. Thrilled with the service and the quality. Will definitely recommend to friends.

WOW, These guys came quickly when I made a big boo-boo and broke the mechanism on the garage door. They gave me all my options from rewinding the springs to replacing the mechanism and even the undersized motor. I chose to do it all, the builder grade materials don't last forever, so it was a bit expensive, but it was my option. The new mechanism is quiet and smooth and the new motor has bright lights that help illuminate my garage. I'm extremely happy and impressed with their service.

He tried to keep the cost to an acceptable amount but unfortunately the problems were great. In order to have the door function properly without needing to call Precision back several times, with Tim's advice, we decided to attempt to keep the cost as reasonable as possible under the circumstances. I have used Precision before and have received good service. Wes came out today and explained the problem with my door closing. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need, but he explained what I needed to do to fix the problem. It was an issue of excessive paint on the door between panels. The only thing I am missing is an invoice.
