Tim explained that Precision uses a Torsion system as opposed to the Torque Master system. I told him that the Torque master system was brand new. Tim installed the new belt, rollers and adjusted the spring. At this time, my motor is fine and does not need to be replaced. My door is much quieter than before.

Outstanding same day service. Really a pain when the 30 year old garage opener died for my primary access thru garage. Service Rep KB Byelan informed me of expected arrival time, arrived 10 minutes early and was finished in an hour including programming remotes, outside key pad and explaining operation, warranty, and steps / contact for any assistance. This is a really nice system. Great company. Heck KB’s service pickup was a new top model decked out in business logo that showed attention to detail and a class act presentation of their company, much less comfort to employees.
