The guys were great.. I may have to call them back.. when the door is going down it catches for just a second.. I’m just afraid it’s going to get worse.. speaking of the guys they were great!!

Precision responded quickly to my service request. The service rep was very pleasant and explained everything to me, so I could make an informed decision. Installation of the new opener went smoothly and operates excellent. Opening and closing of the door is much much quieter. I am very pleased. Will definitely call Precision if I have any problems in the future, and would recommend them to others.
