I have a low profile garage door. It would not take a normal install. My regular company I use plus two other said they could not do the install. Precision came out gVe me a reasonable quote, had the equipment with him and had the job done in a timely manner. The person was professional, friendly, and extremely polite. My old garage door opener died today. I called (on Saturday) at 1:40pm. By 2pm a technician had called me to tell me he'd be here in 20 minutes. By 5:00, I had 2 new openers installed (main & 3rd car). Alex did a very professional job and made sure everything was working properly, completely setup, and cleaned up when finished. Alex Richards and his partner (I forget his name) arrived on time and accurately communicated their arrival time. This allowed me to make sure I wasn't on a work call and could move my cars out of their way prior to their arrival. - Alex was professional and demonstrated a clear passion for and pride in his work. - The repairs were completed quickly and the pricing was fair based on my knowledge of these repairs as a property claims adjuster. - I will be using Precision again down the road as needed.
