I selected Precision Garage Door two years ago to repair my garage door and today I discovered my select was the BEST. My garage door lock failed and I called Precision to fix the door yet again only to find out that I have a 5-year warranty that covered the repair. Precision came out to fix the lock the same day I called and at NO COST to me. THANK YOU, Precision, for standing behind your warranty.

The problem with my door was complex and though it seemed to be fixed with the first visit, it persisted. Furthe work was necessary, but because the problem, and a new opener unit was installed free of charge because the original diagnosis was not complete. One could not expect better service, and I am especially appreciative of Jultin's work and professionalism. The office staff is efficient, the texhnician's show up on time, and they are knowledgeable and personable. Precision's prices are a bit steep, but the quality of the work is worth the cost.
