I had a negative experience with another company. When they told me after not showing up for my scheduled install that it would be at least 8 more days I canceled and called Precision. What a contrast! My repairs were done in less than one day. The installer obviously knew what he was doing. I will certainly call Precision if I have any future need. Thank you!

Service Tech was Matt, who came out, inspected my problem and made the necessary adjustments. After making adjustments and verification they worked on this old unit, he showed me some options I requested from him on replacement of the garage opener. I made a decision to replace the unit and he had it completed in about an hour and half. Great attitude and work ethic.

It was a breeze scheduling over the phone for a same day repair to a broken torsion spring for a 2-car garage door. Technician, Eric S., was diligent in providing cost estimate to a comprehensive overhaul by providing stronger and more durable torsion spring, bar, cables, and accompanying wall brackets, and lubricating rollers. The job was completed in a little over 2 hours including cleanup. Eric made the right call in selecting springs with appropriate tension grade and properly calibrating the torque clicks. As a result, we get a much improved smooth and quiet door opening and closing, and at a proper speed (no more slamming).

An outstanding company that I would highly recommend. They are professional, very well educated about their job and very good personalities.
