It was a breeze scheduling over the phone for a same day repair to a broken torsion spring for a 2-car garage door. Technician, Eric S., was diligent in providing cost estimate to a comprehensive overhaul by providing stronger and more durable torsion spring, bar, cables, and accompanying wall brackets, and lubricating rollers. The job was completed in a little over 2 hours including cleanup. Eric made the right call in selecting springs with appropriate tension grade and properly calibrating the torque clicks. As a result, we get a much improved smooth and quiet door opening and closing, and at a proper speed (no more slamming).

Daniel provided exceptionally professional service, ensuring the optimal functionality of my garage door. The work area was cleaned upon completion, and he was very polite, while thoroughly explaining all repairs.

Late morning we set up an appointment to have a quote for a new garage opener and the technician (Michael) showed up around 2pm the same day. He gave us a quote for a few options and had the parts with him. For a reasonable price he removed the old opener and installed the new one the same day. He also inspected the door hardware, tension spring and safety cable.
