Service Tech was Matt, who came out, inspected my problem and made the necessary adjustments. After making adjustments and verification they worked on this old unit, he showed me some options I requested from him on replacement of the garage opener. I made a decision to replace the unit and he had it completed in about an hour and half. Great attitude and work ethic.

I have used the services of Precision Garage Door three times at my own home, each time their technicians have given detailed info of the problem. I am confident in 5 star rating. They arrived same day as requested. They were within the time frame quoted. The Technician was respectful and clearly explained what he was doing and offered 3 price options ( good/ better/ best). The repair was done expeditiously and garage was clean when he left. The garage door is much quieter after his recommended parts were installed. So quite the dogs didn't hear the door open! The price was really high ( my opinion) but everything is good now. 5 stars
