My garage door would not open because the spring broke and called Precision around 1pm and spoke with Ashley and she was very helpful. She gave me a window of time between 2-6pm. Less than 10 minutes of booking my appointment Aaron called and said that he can arrive within 1 hour and he arrived in 45 minutes. He explained what was going on and what parts are needed especially identifying the written year on the parts that I needed to replace. My parts were installed back in 2015. I asked about a senior discount, and it was something Precision did offer. My experience was painless, speedy, and professional. This was not just something they advertise on their commercial they really do come out in a timely manner. By the way this was on Labor Day so while most people were all enjoying a day off from work, they were working to service others. Thank you, Ashley and Aaron, for doing such a wonderful job of representing your employer and all your efforts were truly appreciated by me.

Service guy was complete & professional

We needed a new opener and wanted a side mounted one. Got a quote and got a date for them to come out and do the work. On the day of the project they came on time and began right away. gave me all the info on what would be done. Our door was older and needed some maintenance which they took care of that and then did the removal and install of the new side mount opener. I ask questions and they happily gave me answers while they worked. Both workers men are very professional and had good understanding of what was needed for this project and made it understandable to me as they worked. I will recommend this company to my friends and neighbors. Thanks for the great service.
